I needed some help serving papers on a company. Derik was excellent. He genuinely cared about me and had empathy for my situation which was really appreciated given how stressful the case was. He went above and beyond in explaining the process and making sure I was making smart and informed decisions. He was very kind and intelligent. They went above and beyond with their service. I called another company and didnt hear back, so I tried we serve&file instead. They were quick, reasonably priced and got my time sensitive paperwork dealt with less than 2 days after my initial call to them. They took all of the stress out of my stresful paperwork situation. 100% would recommend and will definitely use them again.
