Each time I experience a warm and friendly welcome.Renee will bring my vision to life and will finalize my look using her knowledge and expertise - always ensuring I look and feel most beautiful on my special day!Hairstyling sessions are fun because we can play around with a range of ideas to ensure my personality is reflected in every aspect of the style I am 'going for'.The whole experience is personalised and Renee will go out of her way especially to help in a beauty emergency: on my engagement day I forgot safety pins for setting my chunari and had no one to style it for me. Renee did not hesitate to bring out the supplies needed and she completed my entire look with the addition of a custom chunari setting - on the spot!Guest Care service which is led by Mariah, will go almost too far out of her way to ensure my needs are met, whether I need to reschedule, ask questions for clarification, change of venue, etc. Mariahs' response time is quick and even though our communication has been virtual, I always sense a caring tone.On my engagement day all of the women in my family raved about my hair and makeup and chunari style. I can’t say enough good things about BeautiMark Pro. I found them through instagram and decided to book them for my wedding. Started with a bridal trial which went extremely well. The owner did my make up, and she listened to everything I wanted. She was patient which was great. I don’t wear much make up day to day and was very concerned about looking cakey or not like myself. Well I left feeling like amazing. She did such an amazing job. She was open to my changes for the wedding as well. She showed up the morning of my wedding on time, and got through all 5 of my bridesmaids, myself, my flower girl, my mother and mother in law in plenty of time before cut off. She professionalism was outstanding. I wish I could afford to have her do my make up every day! Highly recommend this company!

My bridesmaids and I had the BEST time with Renee and Bianca as our hair & makeup team.They both took the time to listen and understand what each person envisioned for their look, and did everything possible to make it happen! Some girls preferred a more subtle look, while others wanted more glam - they delivered on it all! Bianca can master the perfect glowy skin, and my hair by Renee was truly a work of art.They were so organized and made sure everything flowed smoothly - especially with 6 bridesmaids + mom & MIL to get ready. Bonus that they are so fun to be around!Definitely recommend!

BeautiMark Pro is amazing! Their customer service provided by Mariah set my intial expectations high and Renee made sure to give me a comfortable, fun make up session! Mariah was super in my constant emails back and forth answering all of my questions and accomodating my last minute time changes so really appreciate that.Renee helped me get ready for a cousin's wedding complete with lashes and hijab setting. From the get go she asked me what kind of look I wanted and what I felt comfortable with. My session flew by because we kept talking. Besides being sweet she is very knowledgable in her work and did such a beautiful job that at the wedding my family was commenting that I looked like a bride too! Renee and her team were a pleasure to work with. Jessica as responsive to my questions and was a clear email coordinator. Renee was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Another hair stylist (from another company) canceled a week before my wedding and we happened to find BeautiMark Pro to help with our bridesmaids hair. BeautiMark is a true unprofessional service provider. After forcing me signing a three page agreement with 50 clauses and paying the full deposit for the Bridal services (“Princess Bridal Package”). Renee cancelled on me just three months before my wedding date. She is a true unprofessional… I was put in such a high stress to find myself an alternative artist in such a short timeline for my big day. She didn’t provide a real reason — her words: “some unfortunate changes in my own schedule “!!! Don’t trust the high reviews and fancy pictures. Save yourself tons of headaches and stay away from the lengthy contract!
