Dave was very professional and courteous repairing our freezer, but to try talk to him about the issue I have to wait as there is the company line only, and the attempted repair actually made things worse and no way to talk to him. He did call us back and helped us out

I was very impressed with the level of service that Dominic provided in our home. He was courteous, professional and very speedy at diagnosing and fixing our appliances. He quickly sorted out our appliances, provided advice that I felt I could trust, and then was on his way. I would highly recommend Priority and Dominic. He knows his stuff.

High end appliance repairs for subzero, wolf, Miele. Expensive, but generally stand by their work and quite available for appointments. Customer service is what they are known for and it shows. They alsoStand by their service which is great and great for peace of mind.

Technician Shawn Han arrived on time. He was friendly and courteous, experienced and knowledgeable. He also took the time to educate me on a few issues, and offered helpful advice. He did an excellent job. Thanks Shawn!

Had an excellent interaction with Priority Appliance Service. Called at the time they said they would to confirm the appointment. Arrived at the time they said they would come. Were both considerate (took off shoes at the door) and professional (assessed the situation and confirmed the electrical panel location). Spoke respectfully between themselves and to us. Tim and Ray were able to resolve the problem in short order (control panel was unresponsive - reconnect and it tested OK) (the cabinet door was a bit fussy, but they were patient and responsive to our concerns).Definitely recommend -- Thank You again for fixing our problem.

I had used Priority Appliance service for many years. Their technicans are knowledgable and professional; always resolved the problem with my satisfaction. With last 2 recent separate visits for fridge and gas stove within 2 months, Tim (the technican) resolved the issues promptly; he is professional and courteous. Very happy with his work!

My dishwasher stopped draining. The technician Brad, fixed the problem quickly. (Blocked drain hose) He advised me how to trouble shoot if it happens again. He was friendly and professional. Thank you.

Dave came out on March 6, 2023 to repair our refrigerator. He called in the morning and gave us a 2 hr. window as to when he would arrive. My wife and I found Dave to be professional, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. In our case, he used a floor protector so as not to damage our hardwood floors. It was nice to see how careful he was, treating our home as if it was his. Dave diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. We would not hesitate to use this company and especially this technician again. Thanks Dave K & H

I'm adding to the already many kudos for technician Shawn Han.This review is a bit delayed as Shawn fixed our Bosch clothes washer a few months ago but previously fixed our Bosch clothes dryer a couple of years back. Both times, Shawn's customer service (on time, understanding, and incredibly courteous) and technical skills (quick diagnosis and efficient and successful fixes the first time!) were super impressive.Throughout both appliance repair processes, it was clear Shawn knew his stuff and what was also clear was his dedication to the entire repair experience. From the time he arrived until the final repair was completed, Shawn walked me through the repair to help me understand what the issue was and what the options were for the repair. Essentially, he helped to educate me/the consumer about the appliance and gave me the information necessary to make an informed decision about the repair process. I very much appreciated Shawn's approach (i.e., not being patronizing, encouraging transparency, etc.) as it really shows respect for the customer. I can say (through experience, sadly!) that this is not always how I am treated in other service situations, so interactions with Priority Appliance and Shawn Han have been really appreciated.I will continue to call on Priority Appliances for any/all of my appliance needs and wholeheartedly recommend technician, Shawn Han, particularly!

Working with priority was great. We had called around to different services to get quotes and lead times on parts & services for dishwasher repair - they were by far the most efficient. They had the part in stock and were able to come install in a few business days (others had told me it would be many weeks). They called to let me know what time they would arrive and the installation took no time at all. Very happy with their service!
