Book with anyone else... if I could give a negative star I would. Rude rude rude

Greg was very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He was recommended by our real estate broker. As a first time home buyer, we were so happy to have his service. I didn’t know his business is in kitchen, thank you for providing service in Brantford. I like how Greg mentioned his side hustle, at least I would have someone on hand if things went down.

This is the worst home inspector ever, he missed absolutely everything, we have had electricians, plumbers and HVAC guys here steady because Greg Glover doesnt know anything more about homes than maybe how to change a lightbulb, when we asked him about everything he missed, his simple answers were that he cant see through walls" (even though this was obvious stuff and not in a wall

Greg is professional, knowledgeable and a very personable home inspector who provided a thorough home inspection. He included a flash stick with all his inspection photos, complete written report and a home reference book. We appreciated his opinions and trusted his experience. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made our home buying experience a pleasurable one! Thanks Trillium, we recommend!

I have nothing but praise for Greg at Trillium inspection. He was very thorough and took his time answering all my questions. Would highly recommend!!!

For the price paid, the service was about on par for what I expected. Greg did miss some dangerous things in the home I bought (which I noticed weeks later) like exposed bare copper wire (out in the open). I also felt like he was trying to sell us on his side business of foundation crack repairing.However, everything else he did very thoroughly and provided a much better summary / explanation of defects than other inspectors. He also provided a book for us to keep pertaining to a wide variety of house defects and how to remediate them. Overall good service, but don't try to upsell your customers on your side business.

I used Greg for a wood stove inspection. He was very pleasant to work with and quite knowledgeable. He was organized which helped the process go smoothly. Very down to earth person.

Greg came to inspect our fireplace and provide us with a WETT Certificate. Unfortunately our fireplace was not able to be certified but Greg sat down with me and explained exactly why it’s not certifiable.Although frustrated that my fireplace is still inoperable my experience with Trillium and Greg was a great one. I would recommend him.
