Si04 Stone is a reliable company that value their customers so much they quickly resolve my disputes without hesitation. I made a complaint about the material that was supplied. I was so impressed with their urgent response and solution to my complaint.All in all they have great customer service that has qualitative experience to deal with any questions that comes to their attention .

The stones are nice, beautiful and high quality. I will send my friends to the showroom in the future.

Thank you Soi4 sales representative purposely ignore me in the showroom. The bad experience make me go for CearsarStone. The best decision ever.

My old review: (see the update as well)Unfortunately the quality of countertop we got is very low! Lots of small dents on all edges in a couple of months!(Update1 , I have called and sent an email to SIo4, following their response here, waiting to see what their experts will find and do. Hope something good happens. Will update)Review Update2:1- Sio4 contacted me. The visited the place and advised that the quality of countertop is not contributing to dents. Seems that all similar products are sensitive to impact at sharp edges.2- I did some research and seems that this is something that happens a lot and not related to quality. Avoid having designs with sharp edges, or be very careful when working in kitchen.3- SIO4 sent “Stone Doctor” who repaired the dents and they paid for it, SIO4 costumer care is great.I change my rating from one to 5 stars.The only thing they need to look at is the fabricators they have in their list. They should look at the quality of work the fabricators are doing using their slabs. Now that I am more educated about this kind of jobs, I understood that the fabricator who did the job for us did not do an excellent one.And: Stone Doctor was great, thanks to him and to SIO4 for fixing the dents.

Very friendly and competent staff did a great job of walking us through the various options and gave helpful advise on which slabs would fit best in our kitchen.

Very Happy with my experience with Sio4 Stone. They had the best pricing and stock available that I could find. They were quick and responsive - couldn't have asked for more! I chose Frost for both countertops and backsplash. Thank you to the Sio4 team!

Sales staff was junk. Very rude condescending and unwilling to answer questions almost like we were bothering them by being at there place of work not a pleasant experience and poor representation of the company

Ide give 0 stars if I could. We've had other quartz stones in the past and never issues. We decided to go to si04 recently in our new house and worst stone ever. The staining you get from this stone is terrible. It's as if everything stains it. And working in a kitchen you can't clean up every mess you make asap... if you let any liquid sit on the top for more than 5 seconds... its already stained. We went to go grout our backsplash and that was a terrible mess... the grout completely stained our countertop making it impossible to clean. Absolutely terrible quality. Do not buy this stone!!!!!!
