They were extremely busy and the teen burger I received was ice cold...in their effort to get my order done quickly they sacrificed quality...I would have preferred to wait so they could cook my burger properly...very disappointed

I beg you A&W please STOP cooking the beyond meat burgers in advanced. They taste horrible refried again. Honestly they’re super crunchy and very unsettling. I’m more than happy to wait the 10 minutes it takes to properly cook them. It’s your most expensive burger and I want it freshly cooked every time. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stop or at least give the option for fresh or fast because I think a few more times of this and I won’t be returning.

Think owner must be too greedy. Good food. Nice staff. But very dirty. All the tables, the walls and windows, garbage receptacles, carpets, and floors. This is likely due to the fact that they never have enough people working. Staff is always way too busy, they can't keep up. Feels like the owner is sabotaging this location. Love A&W Canada, but this location has been a disappointment for a while now.

Food was great and on point but the reason for my post is to comment on the manager.Very seldom do I find a service oriented individual in the service industry.Lush and the staff should and probably do feel a bit of luck has fallen upon them.I’m not sure what his name is but I finally felt welcomed and got even hungrier after my order.I feel at peace here and I wish more individuals under the management here could have the management from Chad.Maybe goods getting cold so I need to sign off but Chad and his staff should get get some recognition for their extraordinary efforts.Great jobSee you next time I feel like a burger!

My wife and I decided to try the new frozen root beer. We ordered a small and a regular. It came to $9.35. Ridiculous price although they were good.

Dirtiest restaurant I've been to in a while. Very slow service, no organization, forgot things and when we questioned it , we were asked if we paid for it..... Not impressed very sad representation of a normally good restaurantVery poor presentation

Ordered two Beyond Meat Mozza Burger combos and it came to over $31. Although they were delicious, $31 for two burgers and fries is a bit steep.It took about 10 minutes for the burgers to be made, which is strange in my opinion. For a fast food place, they should have these ready to go.Either way, the burger itself was great.

Never again!!Ordered the chicken habanero and onions rings, both of items were messed up !!!The chicken patty was dry , it was not cooked properly and that’s why flavour was missing tooo. Way to much lettuce and less sauces. It was made in rush and even the store was not busy at all, don’t know why they did that.Onion rings were salty, way too much garnish.You could do better seriously!!!See the photo for reference, dry patty is visible
