The staff at this location are all friendly and professional. My tax specialist, Elizabeth, is very knowledgeable and takes care to answer all of my questions clearly. At tax time, I’m always grateful to have experts I can trust at H&R Block.

Went to this location for the first time last month, and now I'll never go back to H&R Block. Took forever to get my taxes done, and I had to receive three different accounts of what was happening with my taxes before I finally left. This was after two different people jumped in to guide the guy doing my taxes, remind him of forms I had to fill out, correct half of the information he had given me, and stop him from sending me on my way at least twice because we were not done when he said we were. I had to correct him about my province of residence too or else he would have filed everything wrong and I would have payed way too much taxes. Thankfully I caught the mistake. After all of this, I found out after the fact that they were still wrong about a bunch of stuff they told me about my taxes, the way my repayments would pan out, and I also received totally misleading information on GST payments concerning what I owed. If they did not know any of this I would have rather they just told me instead of screwing me around for an hour and a half, and me there trying desperately to keep track of their ever changing story and their own confusion. Never again, it was a literal nightmare.

the best experience i ever had, the receptionist were very welcoming, i dint have to wait for my appointment everything was on point.The agent\'s knowledge on the subject was extraordinary , he was able to get everything done in 20mins and he took time to patiently answer all my questions clearly in very simple terms, i was very impressed, i highly recommend h and r block and quinpool, halifax location .

The service at this H&R Block location is excellent. Professional and considerate. They were able to answer all my questions and complete my taxes promptly. I use H&R as both my personal and business tax consultants. It is a busy location, therefore I recommend one make an appointment with a tax consultant before arriving and be sure to bring all your paperwork. This saves you time and avoids a return visit. Fees are well worth the peace of mind H&R provides.

I filed my taxes with Chandra last year, and she was so helpful, collected all the information and my tax returns kept me afloat for months. She is kind, friend and smart, I trust her so much so, I am going file my taxes with her this year as well.

They asked me back there 6 times with all stupid reasons, like they booked me with people not qualified to check my tax. The most unacceptable one is they literally said they didn’t finish my files but the completed files were on someone’s table. 10mins later, they said they “forgot” they finished and ask me to come back to pick it up next day!The fee is super expensive! I won’t ever come back, it is just so mad to go through things with them !!!!!

My experience was great and the lady was really professional. I think their services are a little pricey but my case is a complex" one

Was a good experience, they had to clean up the mess done by wyse road H&R block the previous year on my tax return.i think they stood out among other H&R block in Halifax

Managed to book me in for an appointment pretty quickly. The staff were nice, professional, and courteous to us and we were able to get our taxes done and a refund issued right away.
