The staff not friendly and I dont recommend to buy hair product at this store , because they refused return new product that i bought one day ago with receipt as my sister brought me the same ! and when i exchange it with another product , after i went out from the store i found out in the receipt that they didn't deduct the total amount that i paid for old product and only she deduct the product price without the tax that i paid ! When i returned she told me that they don't refund tax!! In addition to that you bought hair product for over 50$ and they give it to you without offering a plastic bag and she leave u the product at the counter to take it wothout saying thank you!? I addition to that i went on the website i found that you can buy the products 10% off cheaper for subscription and over 50$ free shipping so the prices online cheaper and not matching the store as i became new member and hadnt this 10% offer at the store !?Anyway i will never back to this store and if i need something i can buy it online with free shipping!?

Sim was amazing, she gave me good tips for my hair and she provided excellent customer service. I definitely will come to this place for my future haircut.

I’ve been a customer at Zennkai for over 6 years and today, I received hands down the best customer service experience ever at your Richmond location with Deborah. I was on the hunt for a shampoo/conditioner as I’ve been buying the same one for the last couple of years; Deborah not only asked me all the right questions to find the most suitable products for me, she also answered every single one of my questions with confidence - she is so well educated about hair, and the ingredients in the products. I am very pleased and impressed with her service today; super friendly gal too!

Been here twice, once was with my friend to accompany her to buy a hair product, and the second time was to have my hair cut. Both times, the person at the front desk (2 different ladies, I wasn't able to get their names though sorry) was very polite and accommodating. Great service, thank you! And when I got my haircut by Irena--she was amazing!!! So warm and friendly, talks to you and makes you feel really comfortable and at home. Plus her attention to detail and doesn't rush your appointment makes you feel really valued and that you get the value for your money. Thank you so much! Great customer service! Staff were really knowledgeable about my complex hair needs (asian girl with unruly curls?!). Prices were reasonable for top notch products and I've never had any issues finding items in stock. Great place to shop if you're stuck to buy a gift! Their bundles are great!

Last Friday I went to buy some products. There was a lovely girl in the front named Rhoda helped me out and asked a lot of questions about my hair concerns. Turns out that what she recomended to me was accurate for my needs. Loving this kind of service when you can notice the person is enjoying the job.

Poor service, rude staff, and even their online ordering is not customer friendly. Even after having a minimum of $50 they don't cover insurance and ask you to submit a ticket with Canada Post on your own for lost/misplaced packages. Terrible service. This is why companies like Amazon are winning.

Shira is awesome. I’ve always been the cut my hair only once a year type. Part of this is is because I’ve never found a hair stylist that can quite get what I’m looking for, but Shira got it right away. Her head massages are also bomb and worth visiting her for alone.

Zennkai Richmond is a great place to shop. Everyone is incredibly friendly and sweet, they always greet you with a smile. My favourite thing about the associates are that they are genuine when it comes to helping you find the right products, and they are more than happy to take the time to explain the differences between products and brands. They're awesome with clearing up misunderstandings, if any, and will try their best to set things right. I really don't mind going out of my way to come to this location to get my hair products because of their fabulous guest care and customer service. 5/5

Shira is amazing! She was able to save my hair and get the haircut that I really wanted! She's so knowledgeable as well and knows how to work with all kinds of hair and texture. I have found my new hairstylist and will only trust her with my hair from now on. Thanks Shira!
