I dealt with Paul and he was great. He came to the house and we had a really good chat about what exactly we wanted. He gave us different options and provided us with a pretty good quote. He was very patient as we left for a couple weeks on vacation and when we returned Paul had followed up but didn’t put any pressure on us to make a decision. The install went really good. The guys came in and had everything installed except the manufacturer forgot to package a small item. Since it was late in the day, the guys picked up the part and came back the next morning and got everything up and running in no time. Really happy with the service and knowledge that Paul and the installers had. Would totally recommend Lake Simcoe Heating and Air Conditioning to everyone.

I was provided many quotes by other companies for replacing the furnace and water tank in my home and when it was time to install that prices increased from what was originally quoted a few months earlier.I heard about Lake Simcoe from a friend and called Paul for a quote. I was so impressed with the price given from him being less than the other quotes I previously received, and his quote included everything plus more with no surprises at the end. Also, I was also told it would be 2 days to install but they installed everything in only 1 day with keeping my property clean. This company was very friendly and professional in ALL areas of service.If I only knew about them before it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. My husband and I had many quotes and did much research to find that the Salesman Paul with your company was knowledgeable, caring, professional, helpful and genuine. No pressure.He answered all our follow up questions and we made the decision to go with your company.I must say that we own a 150 year old home. (Nothing easy about that) We decided it was time to update the furnace, add air conditioning, move and replace the water tank, as well as have a humidifier installed. Paul did the research needed and continued to touch base with us and keep us informed.The installers were very friendly, professional and clean. Glen the owner came to check on the job. Lake Simcoe did an excellent job. Glen came to the house assessed the rerquirements. Rich and Wayne did a great job in removing the old water heater and replacing it with a new one. Both of them took their time to do a clean job and provided great info in regards to the product helping me navigate what was the best option for a tank-less gas water heater for my property. The people at this company are really conscientious. We had our water heater go, and they were meticulous and helpful. With our main gas supplier, it was all pressure, but these guys were great on price and service! I have recommended them to my friends and it was also a positive experience for them.

Where to start.. the secretary answers the phone is very rude and just got a run around with here, Laura Lee. But when spoke to Glenn about her, he said the same thing in a review before. He said this is the first time he ever heard anything like this before . But not. Now Glenn never returned calls, don't guarantee work done by his company. I had $15000 of work done by this company and my air conditioner don't work because all the charge has leaked out. Had a expert from another company come look at it because Laura Lee was just giving us a run around. The expert that came look at it said that who ever install the air conditioner did a error because the wells was not done properly and that's why the charge leaked out over time. So be careful with this company because once they have your money for a job that is done, it's hard to get help after or like me no help at all. Of course they will get on here after and make up some kind of excuse, like they did for every other bad comment against them.
