The Virtual Gurus

My experience was very hit or miss with the quality of the VAs they recommended for me, I didn't find the quality was worth the amount I was paying. Also the amount of admin that was required made getting help almost more work going through the different platforms and employees from the company. Their mission is wonderful but I also did not like the way they run the subscription which requires a 30 day notice in order to terminate which continues to cost more money.

Virtual Gurus are great to work with! They matched me perfectly with Lori F. for some bookkeeping needs, and she is doing an amazing job. Lori has been able to adapt to how I need things done and is very detail oriented. She communicates very well, which is key when working remotely!

I have been using Virtual Gurus for over a year. Margaret, is my Social Media assistant and does a wonderful job with my posts. She always asks for my input and her posts are creative and amazing. I receive a lot a great feedback from my colleagues about them. Ruth, is my centre's admin support and while she has been with me a short time, she has become invaluable to my team. My team absolutely loves her and we have found her to be professional and supportive to our clients. I am giving 4 stars because I had one VA that was not as helpful, but the VG was supportive in helping me find someone who was a better fit. I am so happy with the support from Margaret and Ruth!

I've been with Virtual Gurus for just a month and I've been impressed with the entire experience from the sales call all the way to my assistant, Johanna Komar. Virtual Gurus made it easy to find Johanna and she's amazing! I love the organization's mission and look forward to working with them and Johanna for a long time.

I had an awful experience with Virtual Gurus. I'm really disappointed because I had a great experience chatting with the first rep, Sydney, and I was really excited to have some help with my business tasks. But I received zero help, lack of communication, and Virtual Gurus refused to give me a refund even though I received nothing and it actually caused more stress and work for me.On May 12th, my VA and I had our initial kickoff meeting. Things went great, I loved her personality, and I was excited to move forward. I told them I wanted to have 20 graphic posts for Instagram, with 20 corresponding stories, and 5 emails drafted - all fully completed and approved by June 1st, meaning I would have to approve several batches of content each week in order to get there. I asked them if this was a realistic timeline and they said yes. They said she would have at minimum 5 stories and 5 graphics for my review by EOD May 15th. We also agreed that they would send me a detailed email every Monday morning with where she was at with tasks and several graphic posts for my review. I heard nothing.When I followed up, the VA said they had gotten busy and wasn't able to start on our project, but that they'd have the 5 stories and 5 graphics for my review by Friday May 19. I hadn't heard anything by May 20.At that point, I did not feel comfortable moving forward with this project and wanted a full refund.On top of that, I had already started working on some of the work I assigned to my VA because I really needed this work to be completed. And on top of all of this - I definitely did not have time to go through the interview and kickoff call process again. My schedule simply could not accommodate it. This project was time sensitive. My summer schedule is completely packed between work and trips, so that's why I didn't sign on to an auto-renewing contract with Virtual Gurus. I signed on for a 30 day project so I could get some help with this time sensitive scope of work I assigned to my VA.There were only 1.5 hours of work" logged

Such an amazing company. Not only do their values align in terms of supporting local, but their execution is flawless. The entire process during onboarding was very impressive and they resolved any concerns I had. Could not recommend this company more and will expect that I'll be a customer as long as I need a VA.

The Virtual Gurus give a great process and experience. They matched me with an excellent VG Assistant who was in high demand for obvious reasons, she has a lot of experience! All the people recommended for me were very suitable. Everyone here is very kind and considerate. I hope they continue to grow and prosper as this company gives great value to any small business like mine.
