Not only did she walk me through the ins and outs of buying my first home, now she has made it possible for my husband and I to move to the most amazing new family home where we plan to stay for many years to come. To say it was a whirlwind is an understatement as we navigated both through the purchase of the new home and sale of the old within a short span of time, yet through it Joanne was there for us every single step of the way and we absolutely could not have pulled it off without her. Joanne Cooper from Remax Rouge( River Realty Ltd. This lady and her team were very professionalAnd very knowledgable. The only reason we got $170,000 over asking was because of Joanne Cooper.The funny thing about it was I meant Joanne at my door a few years ago. She was cold calling and I answered the door. Joanne told me that she had people looking for a house in our area, if we decided toSell give her a call. She was so polite that I put her card in my files. Then comes the time we decided to sell she met with us explained everything and gave us some suggestions. 1) List at $399,999.00 and let the market see what we get, basically just do basic things to the house, clean carpets etc. Or 2) Take carpet offMain floor and put laminate down. Paint basement, clean carpets etc. We invested approxly $10,000In house. We made it picture perfect. So Joanne gave us these 2 choices. The reason I'm telling you this is because of Joanne Cooper. We end up listing at $499,999.00 which gave us not only $90,000 above what we wanted but we end up getting way over asking. This lady and her team are the best. I guess the majorDifference I found in Joanne is she will treat you like a person not just a customer. If I had a choice on a marking system and the highest was 10, trust me I would give her and her team a 20.lastly to me customer service is always number one in my opinion, and Joanne Cooper is diffently a asset when it comes to real estate sales.If you want the best, then don't go with the rest.
