Beacon Heights Apartments

I lived at Beacon Heights for over three years before moving to experience inner city living. The apartment building is exceptionally well maintained. There are always flowers during the summer and the lawn is nice and green.The inside of the apartment is nice and clean. There are granite countertops and matching appliances which I appreciate. The layout is nice as well with each bedroom located on either side of the living room (two bedroom/two bathroom layout).The management team are friendly, funny and are prompt with any issues. There was an awesome promotion for free internet when we leased. Underground parking is available here but be sure to sign up before winter when it gets full.I would recommend an apartment that does not face inside the complex if you are sensitive to noise and are still sleeping after 8am. The noise is only on garbage days and when the snow blower is out. Other than that the apartment is reasonably quiet. Neighbours are friendly but also respect your privacy.

Been living here for 2 months and I only have positive things to say about this community , Management staff is super helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure the quality support for residents.Very nice and clean buildings and suites , amazing location.

I haven't lived here for too long but I really enjoy living here so far!• Managements have been very kind and welcoming. It's very easy to contact them and are always there to help what they can right away.• Maintenance are always up to date and are communicated right away to everybody through email and/or posters around the building.• The public area are always very clean and well kept. Even the garbage room is always clean!Overall the community feels very safe and you can tell the place is well maintained. I highly recommend Beacon heights to anybody as long as you can respect and appreciate the rules.

I have lived here for 6 years and I wouldn't think about going any other place. The complex is always very well maintained. Realstar has done a fantastic job looking after the property, and you can see they take pride in their complex. Brian and Jackie are awesome they are always quick to address my needs and they are a hard working couple and if they get bonuses they deserve one ten fold. I love they way Jackie decorates for all occasions in the lobby area, it makes for a nice welcoming appearance. They keep the area very clean and you can tell they take pride in making sure things are kept clean. I absolutely love living here.

Jackie and Brian have made living at the property a dream! We have never had a better living experience in all our years renting. They are always there with a friendly hello, prompt fixes to maintenance concerns and are very accommodating. When we had a baby, Jackie and Brian have treated our daughter like their grandchild and they have gone above and beyond to make holidays and celebrations memorable for her. I couldn't recommend living here more!!

Not sure why all the negative reviews for the Beacon Heights Apartments. I have been living with my girlfriend here for several months now and I am extremely impressed!The buildings are always kept very clean and free of any odors. The carpets are always clean and get done every few months or more if needed, the lighting in the common areas and hallways are more then adequate and I have yet to see the elevator down for maintenance.We live on the 3rd floor, it is peaceful and quiet and I have yet to hear any of our neighbors through the walls.The building is in transition moving to a fob and scan system making easy access for tenants and more secure. Though in this neighborhood, along with low crime rate and the quick updates from Management about any crimes in the area, I have never felt more safe and secure living here. Definitely a place to raise a family.Brian, Scott and Karen do an outstanding job to create a safe and well-maintained property and Jackie is just the best. It is always a pleasure when I go to the rental office and she is working, she has made my experience of moving here a great one and makes me laugh every time we meet. Thank you, Jackie!Management also gives back to the residents by having holiday celebrations filled with fun and laughs for children and adults, free food and beverages, then they shows pics of the festivities and post them on the buildings bulletin board, showing a consideration and appreciation for all who live and visit here. Well done Team! 5 stars without a doubt.

We really enjoyed our time at Beacon Heights apartments. The complex is well maintained and clean. We always received prompt attention from Jackie when we had a concern. Jackie was very accommodating of any requests or help we needed. Its a very convenient place to live, so close to Beacon Hill shopping center. We had no complaints about living at Beacon Heights.

Overall great place to live! We recently moved out after living there for a year. The pros include a great staff that are willing to help with everything you need, and general cleanliness and good upkeep on the property and buildings. There is plenty of street parking and the units have very spacious features ( large living room /kitchen / bedroom) for the price. The building is wood framed, and the noise isolation from side to side is good, however the noise isolation up and down is less than adequate. This is fine because the building is generally quiet, but definitely noteworthy as I believe the underlay may have been originally designed for carpeted floors. They combat this by only allowing kids on the lowest floors for the most part. Overall really good value and definitely a positive experience living at beacon heights!

It's not often that one finds apartments that is so well looked after. The facilities indoors and outdoors are well kept and tidy. The rental office clearly and regularly communicates with residents on upcoming events and happenings.Besides the above, and what I believe to be the heart of Beacon Heights, is the friendliness of the people, in particular the staff. From my first interaction / first greeting I felt like I was among close friends and family. Jackie and her team are always on hand to support whatever needs one has. Although we have only been here a short few months the relationships one builds feels like we've been friends for years. Thank you to the staff at Beacon Heights for your friendliness, professionalism and care, it is genuinely appreciated and a breath of fresh air from anywhere else!
