Nice Asian lady on Feb 23 2023 before the store closed helped me out a lot.Cannot say for the company but this employee is great.

If I could give zero stars I would, they have no printer or will refuse to print any shipping label, luckily I bought my label printed just in case, the guy in front of me did not even own a printer so I feel for him, then if you need a bit of tape they force you to buy a 5 dollar roll, never had this kind of poor service from any other Canada post.

today I tried to return my shaw modem in this office, put the device in a box and kept the box open in case they need to read the serial number, but Minami who was working there refused to accept my box for not have a tape on the box and she also refused to give me the tape so I can seal the box, pushing me to buy their envelopes or boxes with tape on them, so I had to go to store cashier and the guy there was kind enough to give me a simple 5cm tape so I can put on box and back to line wait for long for my turn again to drop off my box!!! so now it's like what kind of service we expected from our dear Canada post!

Worst Canada Post I've ever been to. One day I had a stack of quite a few parcels to ship, but there was nobody behind me in line so I thought it was fine. Younger cashier with glasses kept sighing dramatically while very, very slowly putting on the necessary stickers and rolling his eyes. What a weirdly hostile and extremely unfriendly guy. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by using the post office.Would be a one star review if not for one extremely competent younger girl employee who has a trainee badge on but gives much better service than any other employee there! She is extremely efficient and will get your stuff out in a flash. If you see anyone working but her, RUN to the London Drugs Canada Post nearby instead!

Avoid this post location if you can. Long line and low efficient. Took forever

I try to only leave positive reviews to support business. But I had to write about this one: I would head to another location. Bad communication, poor customer service. Refused to provide a service that I later confirmed with customer service that they are supposed to do in store. Wasted 45 minutes of my time due to miscommunications and having to rejoin the line multiple times to clarify.

I sent an international package almost two months ago and it hasn't arrived yet, they said it would take 10 to 14 days, and we have no notice from it. I sent it the cheapest way and I still spent $30 for less than 0.5kg, I'm beyond sad and dissapointed as this package meant a lot to me and to the person that received it. I couldn't afford tracking and they give me no options to know where it is. It's honestly heartbreaking and dissappointing. Do not reccommend.

My husband I went there several times and we felt so bad because the staffs were very rude. We thought that maybe the staff would’ve had a bad day but all the staffs are the same. Once I went there to drop off a pre-paid postage parcel and asked if I still need to line up or just drop it off to her and the staff’s response was like not listening what I was asking but showing her angry voice and face and didn’t even let me finish the question and said “line up” as pointing at the people lining up. I was so embarrassed and just came out right away. If anyone has to go to a post office, PLEASE never go there. I do not want to give even one star which is too much for their service. They made my days so terrible every time I visited. I wonder why they work there if they don’t want to like their job. They are so obnoxious.

We visited this branch yesterday to post a parcel and were served by the kindest and nicest Canada Post employee we've ever met! Her name was Dina and she was so sweet and polite both to us and to the two customers before us. She really made our day and put a huge smile on our faces. I wish all people were so kind to each other, especially in the service industries. Thank you Dina!

Atrocious service. I had a prepaid small box to ship. Stood in line for over 10 minutes (only 3 people ahead of me). Yes the customer at the front was underprepared. I lost my patience when I noticed the line was now 10 people long. This happened 30 minutes ago.Here is why.Julie.The Manager.Who had been waddling around with the guy stocking paper towels this whole time (in clear view of the situation) and was aware of the backup. Finally opens a second cashier. I asked “it took this long for you to think it was a good idea to open a second cashier”. Her response was to throw the guy under the bus who had actually been working blaming him for not calling her. She is not qualified to manage and should be fired for trying to put her own incompetence on her employee. Literally the epitome of wasted tax dollars. I will be escalating this with Canada Post.
