Pulled in with a traler hook up issue Feb 2nd and spoke with the tech, he was busy but when he finished he went to work, he went over and above and got me back working properly. I have never gone to a place where the tech comes out and helps you unhook and rehook up your trailer , excellent service. Thanks so much

Lazy, ignorant and disrespectful. This is how they rented us a truck. And when my wife asked what could be done about the snow she was told 'get a shovel'. I should have shoveled it into their front door. Keep searching, you'll find someone who will appreciate your business alot more. STAY AWAY!

We picked up our truck for a cross-country move. We noticed some new damage under the front bumper (broken air dam). They refused to give a new truck. One of the staff tucked in the plastic. Well...by the time we got to Regina it was hanging off and making noise. We called roadside assistance and had to drive into the city for repair.Also, the wipers needed replacing and the alignment was off. It was a struggle driving 8 hours a day to keep the truck in the lane. Wish they did a better inspecting before sending someone 4000 km with it. Do better!

Total SCAMMERS and con artists. Unless you want to pay them more gas than you used, don't come here. Tried to tell me it costs 40 bucks in gas to drive 25km in a small van HA!

We are renting a truck to move my elderly father to Alberta. I went to the location to check out the size of the truck to see if we needed a larger one. When the lady couldn't find my reservation I stepped outside to call my husband, when I returned with the reservation number she was outside helping a customer, I was the only one in the store. A few people came in and lined up behind me, after she returned she looked at me and then looked at the gentleman behind me and said I'll help you over here Sir"
