The worst drugstore i have ever been. Unprofessional and irresponsible. Terrible experience. I left for good.

Great staff, always has been that way. Very personable. Smaller pharmacy with a personal touch.

The store is Under New Management so it is rebuilding itself. The new pharmacist is stellar. Introduced himself -- by the way his name is George. Talked about his plans for rebuilding the store and pharmacy. Nice to get out of the Big Box store pharmacy for my medical needs and get back to local.

Fantastic staff that go the extra mile. The store has gone through so many changes and looks amazing. The front shop staff are always so friendly and helpful.The pharmacy really cares about their customers and is always ready to help. My prescriptions are always ready and I never have to wait when I call ahead of time. Keep up the great work!

This is the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Every single member of their staff is super friendly and happy to help in any way that they can - they actually go the extra mile for their patients and even take the time to learn their names. I used to worry a lot about medications but I finally feel like I have a pharmacist that I can trust and go to with any concerns. Thank you so much IDA team for always being there for your patients and just being the best kind of humans. You are so appreciated.

If your looking for reliable, honest and friendly staff and pharmacists IDA is the place to go. Store is very clean and organized. This is by far the best pharmacy i have used in my entire life no joke. Even if your just thinking of changing pharmacy dont think just do, you will not be disappointed.

Almost 5 stars. As a patient visually impaired the format of your labels on medicine makes almost impossible to read. It used to be separate at the bottom in capital letters. Now I have to rely on shape of the pill. I find that it has taken away my confidence in taking my medications at appropriate times. OJT

The best pharmacy anyone could go to. The pharmacist, Jack is absolutely amazing. He’s caring, very knowledgeable and loves all his customers. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a few years and can ask him anything. Also all the ladies that work here are very kind and friendly. They make you feel like family. I would recommend everyone to go here.EDIT:As it seems, Jack the original owner and pharmacist is no longer there. I am unsure as to why there was a sudden disappearance. George is the name of the pharmacist who has taken over. I’ve had a few unhappy interactions that resulted in me leaving the pharmacy in tears. Overall, he seems to be ok but it’s difficult when dealing with someone who knows nothing about your health history which I find important to know when dealing with patients and medications. I’m willing to still give this pharmacy a chance.

Jaak has been our sole pharmacist for almost 20 years. He's knowledgeable and will take the time to answer any questions. The support staff are just as helpful and outgoing.
