Agent Sydney Cathcart - we hired her to put our house on the lease and she did not do any verification of rent applications. We ended up renting to a worst tenant, who faked all rental documents including credit reports. Sydney does not check anything did not even verify references properly, now we are in terrible bind facing thousands of dollars of loss renting through her.I would not recommend dealing with this agent.

I recently purchased a home with one the real estate agent. The experience was deplorable and a nightmare. I strongly advise people who look for homes and decide to enlist with them should think twice. As the real estate agent would lied and push with no shame to get their commission. They are unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge in helping clients pick their forever home is despicable and I would warn people not to list their residential or commercial properties with them. Lack of accountability is shameful practice. Truly disappointing.Buyer and seller beware. I do not wish my deplorable experience on anyone else.Beyond devastated

Misleading listing practices. Listing a house for 250,000 and asking well over 1,248,000 in reality. Why not be honest and not waste everyone's time. Correct listing found on remax for correct asking price

They have a listing for a property of $250,000 when they are expecting offers of over seven figures. While I am no expert, I feel this is a terrible approach to selling a home. While I don't plan on buying/selling any time soon, I can be assured it won't be using Alex Results Realty.

Carly Weir is wildly unprofessional. Belittling people on Facebook, with incredibly tone-deaf remarks regarding unaffordable housing. I can’t believe she’s allegedly a “professional”. Doesn’t seem to give a single F about the community she’s supposed to be serving. I would NEVER use this company if people like her are at the helm.-in response to Carly: this is false, I didn’t comment on anything. Simply what I have observed through your interactions with others. Be better.

This brokerage saved our “bacon” so you speak! We got caught in the 2017 market shift, and our realtor Carrie went to bat for us over and over again to get our house sold in Stoney Creek! We also had a fantastic experience with “broker Bob” who helped us secure our home in Burlington (he stepped in while Carrie was spending some much needed time with family!)!! Without these two sales representatives, we never would have been able to make the move from Hamilton back to Halton (which has always been “home”). They went above and beyond for us!!

Beware if the listing says Apex Results. They post listings with fake prices for marketing scams and work to game the market. Their agents are rude and uncooperative. Call anyone else - and watch out for any listing with an Apex sign on their lawn!Edit: apparently anything possible" includes false listings at under a fifth of the desired price on Realtor.ca. Lots of Realtors are navigating the "very unusual market" without resorting to dishonesty and trick listings. It's unfortunate that Apex can't conduct themselves professionally!"
