Beatable prices compared to the other hotels in town, it's a three star hotel. Pretty neat rooms. New washing machine &dryer, new TVs, new coffee machines, new sheets and comforters. Refrigerator, microwave oven in each room. Spacious off street parking lot and big yard. Free Wi-Fi. Long term rates applicable. Scooter's Pizza, liquor store and Log&Rail Pub first floor, rooms second floor. Trail #6 just 300 meters away, bakery, library, museum, Bites and Bikes Store, Bike Park, grocery store all within 6 minutes walking distances. Kinbasket Lake 20 minutes away for swimming, fishing, BBQ, picnic and photographing. Hot spring 40 minutes away. Super nice &friendly staff, cheers!!!

I booked a room with two queen beds through a third-party hotel site. The day of my arrival I requested a late check-in through the third-party site, as I was running late in my travels. Not long afterward, I was contacted by a lady from the hotel, who said that there was an error that resulted in the rooms with two queen beds being over-booked. She immediately stated that they were able to make a different room work for us, and that they would be giving us the room free of charge. The room was perfect, comfortable, and VERY clean. We were impressed with this hotel and their hospitality. We will definitely be back, and will recommend this hotel to our friends and family. Thank you so much.

Was the only guest in the hotel the night that I stayed. At 11pm, the staff went home, so I was literally the only person in the building all night. So it was super silent and quiet, and kind of a neat experience. I explored their supply room because I was bored and there was nobody to stop me. 5 stars. Would stay again.

My family and I BARELY slept the night we booked this hotel! Aside from the train whistle blowing every hour outside our window, there was no A/C so it was either hot and stuffy or comfortable with the window open until the train blasted its whistle. Same thing with the lighting - pitch black or fluorescent LEDs. Weak wifi signal and dated tube tv. Pay a bit more for a comfortable stay elsewhere.

The train goes by all throughout the night, and due to law has to blow the horn as it approaches the crossroads, which it is between two of. We went to ask management for a room in the far side of the building to help mitigate the noise thinking ear plugs would do the trick. As of 11am, no staff had showed up to run the hotel. No... Staff... So by 12, we gave up, packed up and left to an excellent the hotel, The Chateau Continental. Stay here instead, trust me.

The hotel is awful. Its rooms were really hot. It had just a small fan in each room. One of our room had two beds that one of them was broken and we could not sleep on that bed. Also, the door of one of our rooms had problem. If we closed the door and left the room, we could not open from outside the room. There is train noise at night, midnight and morning.

If you don’t mind a train passing every 30 minutes then it’s a right place for you! Great location, friendly manager/bartender/owner in one person! We got there before check in time and Pier allowed us to check in without any extra charge. Our room was cleaned and just perfect for our two nights stay! It’s very “local” hotel and I would absolutely stay again! I will also recommend this place too all my friends! Thank you for everything

Very nice and big room for rate they charged. The bathroom also has a jacuzzi. We were really late getting there but lady waited for us. We enjoyed the location too as we could see the trains passing by from our room. There were trains passing at night too but it didn't bother us.

The lady was friendly . No air conditioning . They Did not receive special requests . There’s no Chinese restaurant anymore .Restaurant only open a couple days a week with covid . Limited hours . I suppose it was clean , hard to tell with it being so old .There’s a huge jetted tub but the jets spray crazy out of control . The light in bathroom was on a timer couldn’t turn off. Loose fixtures . Had too drag two huge suit cases up lots of stairs. Do not recommend with kids . Was very few lights in the room . Pics are very deceiving . It’s not the worst but over priced for what it was for sure . Three other guests in the hotel and your all alone number to call for emergency .

Two of the four lights we had didn't work, the tv is ancient, and we only got two pillows in the one bed which didn't even feel like pillows at all.There is a train track nearby so expect to hear trains all night. You'll also feel it a little if you're laying in bed. Not a bad price but it's definitely nothing good. Floors are also squeaky so you can hear people walk down the hallway outside.
