Had a great experience getting a fairly complex multi device account optimized for savings/features. Declan was awesome helping me navigate the plans and went out of his way to make sure I got the best value. Knowledgeable and honest, a refreshing store experience and a great sales rep who cares about his work!

Francis was a huge help with my phone upgrade. Even though we encountered obstacles with the computer system, he was able to work through them with expertise. He even helped to update my phone plan to a more affordable option while I was there. He went above and beyond, and I hope he got that overtime pay because he certainly earned it. Thanks Francis!

I had a problem with my Samsung tablet that I could not resolve. As Bell is my phone and tablet carrier, I went to their store at at Hillside Mall to see if they could resolve my issue.I have to say, Nick and Faye resolved my issue. It took a while, but they did not give up and saved me the cost of a new tablet.Thank you both, so much.Will I use Bell again - you bet I will!

Extremely happy with the service I received during my recent visit at Bell Hillside. Amrit, Nicolas and Badrul were very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I had been in looking to upgrade my phone in November but there was limited stock at the time. Amrit took my name and number down and called me when the phone I was after was in store. The staff walked me through my new plan, transferred the data from my old phone and expertly installed my tempered glass screen protector. Thanks guys!

Last year Amrit helped my husband choose a new phone and plan when he had to return his corporate phone. He got a great deal, and though I needed a new phone too the chip shortages meant there weren't any available. Amrit outlined all my options, and guided me as to when new promotions might be offered. I finally went in a week ago and once again, Amrit and Nick we so very helpful, and provided such good customer service that I not only stayed with Bell I have a great plan and a fabulous new S22.

Big shout out to Fey at Hillside. MySon lost his phone, which really complicated matters for us since we live in 2 different cities. But Fey was able to communicate with the tech at my local store and between them they got what could have been a nightmare all sorted. Fabulous customer service Fey. Thank you so much for all your help and making this so seamless - and a big shout out to Moe in Langley too.. thank you both so much. I know it was not as easy as it sounds and you made it all go so AMAZINGLY smooth.
