Cabline Taxis Peterborough

A refreshing change to the Norm. What a lovely articulate knowledgeable taxi driver. He gave me a goodintroduction to this lovely city of Peterborough and its history. I've since used them on a number of time.Thumbs up for a special taxi service x

Called Cabline on a busy Saturday and they got to me in a couple of minutes. Had a very nice journey home with a very friendly and interesting driver, Riz. Really impressed with the service and attitude of Cabline and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. It showed that they are so good because when people were booking during my journey home, Riz had all their names in his phone and knew exactly where to pick them up / drop them off. A nice personal touch!

Great service. Booked two taxi's for collection from two different addresses in Hampton and Yaxely.Both arrived early and got us to our destination in plenty of time. Customer service was good too! also great local knowledge!

A very big thank you to all the driver's for all your help for the past year. I don't know what I would have done, form picking my shopping or dropping of my medication. A few weeks I got my vaccination at the Fleet in fletton, for which I am very grateful. Chatting to the driver, they have not been offered any kind of vaccination. I can not think of anyone more deserved then taxi drivers.

The only best taxi service or you can say complete service providers in Peterborough. They are extremely friendly and flexible and you can be assured of great experience in city if you book with cabline! I use Cabline every time I go out in Peterborough. The drivers are always friendly and the fare is good. I recently had a messy night out and my friends put me in a Cabline taxi to get me home safely. I was such a state I left my bag in the taxi. When I realised the next day I was informed they have my bag!!! 5 Stars for service and for honest employees. Anyone could have taken anything and not said a word, but I appreciate their honesty and kindness. Always great, lost my wallet in a taxi while a night out in Peterborough. twice my phone another time my wallet, each time they brought them back next day. Fantastic, no problem no charge great cab company

Unreliable and unprofessional company. Booked them for a company travel 24 hours before (gave them both postcodes) and received confirmation that it is all booked. Middle of night at 10:30 PM they called that we would need to pay in full for the booking in the morning, to which we agreed to and asked for an Invoice. After few mins they called again saying that the price quoted has changed and that now we have to charge you £25 more (on top of the agreed price) even when i had written confirmation of the price from them and quote 24 hours before. They din't bother to message the whole day and instead waited till late night and hiked the price. As we do frequently travel to Peterborough for work we know the charges but just felt this company will quote you cheaper price and then will call you middle of the night and take advantage of your situation by leaving you in mess, so you have no choice but to agree to them. They will not bother to tell you this during the day when you can arrange an alternate or at the time of the booking. DO NOT rely on this company they can let you down and will cheat on their written quotations. Will not use them and recommend them as just they are just greedy people who will land you in mess middle of the night for early morning booking to take advantage of the situation.Could have given ZERO stars if there was a choice!!

I hired Cabline to take my elderly father to see my mother in a care home on a regular basis, picking him up and collecting him again at set times. The service they provided was faultless. They were consistently punctual and extremely caring in their treatment of my father, helping him in and out of the car and ensuring that he got into the care home and into his house safely after the visit. Highly recommendable!
