We purchased dance shoes for my 2 year old daughter today. We were waiting in line for quite a while for the people in front of us at the cash register when my daughter said she needed to go to the washroom. I asked the staff member helping us if my daughter could use the washroom and the staff member said no! I was shocked. I understand covid but this was unreasonable to me, given that she is 2 and given the reopening stage we are in. I will return my purchase and never go back.

Such an amazing store. Love that we were greeted as soon as we came in and was so helpful in finding a bodysuit that my daughter wanted. She wanted something with a cute back, and that she could wear to class or school with jeans. Love the selection and prices that were offered.

Great experience! If you ever need pointe shoes (or anything else for that matter!), Stephanie is so knowledgeable and really took her time with my daughter to make sure she had the perfect fit. Their new, larger location is amazing with lots of inventory. So happy we still have a local store that has it all and we don’t have to drive to Toronto.

I've been very pleased with the service and inventory every time I've shopped there along with my daughter. Their dance outfits recommendations are very accurate. Our online order was ready for pick up directly at my daughter's dance school as requested. We will continue to shop there in the future.

I went there with my three daughters from Cambridge because it was the only store open until 7:00. We got there at 10 after 6:00, the one girl was very accommodating but the other one was extremely rude. She did not help at all and it was really annoyed because we were there until 5 after 7:00 even though I had spent over $400 at their store. I still had more to buy, but I guess leaving was more important than their sales. Will never go back there again.

Visited with my 3 year old to get her very first pair of tights and dance skirt. Was supposed to be fun and special. The two staff members were preoccupied the entire time. But more importantly, at check out, they showed very little care or interest in our purchase. As we were leaving, my daughter even called out Thank you!" to which she got no reply at all. Seems like a small things
