Gown Go Round

Went to Gown Go Round with my 14 year old daughter to find her graduation dress. After many attempts at different places she could not find what she was looking for which was a floor length light pink dress that was not to revealing.We decided to try Gown Go Round based on a recommendation and I am soooo glad we did! We were greeted at the door promptly by staff who showed us were the plus size dresses were. There was so many options it was a little overwhelming. My daughter found “her” dress, we tried it on with the help of Katerina (who was phenomenal!!) the dress was perfect and small alterations were needed (shoulder straps needed to be shortened). I was a little worried seeing as she needed the dress by June 27 and given it is prom and wedding season, but Katerina reassured me that we had plenty of time to make the appropriate alterations. The staff was very warm and friendly. My daughter suffers from social anxiety and is very self conscious about her body she has told me that Katerina made her so comfortable and she even came out to show everyone her dress. I am so happy with the customer service and the selection of dresses they had. I will definitely recommend Gown Go Round to anyone who is looking for a dress or formal wear. They now have a customer for life!!!Thank you to Katerina for making this day such a positive one for my daughter who is very self conscious she now feels like the princess she is!!

I brought my daughter to Gown Go Round for a prom dress and it was a wonderful experience. It was a pleasure to shop at this store. There is a wide selection of gently used gowns, in all colours and styles, and something for every budget. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Not pushy in any way, and giving their honest opinion of what is most flattering. We were able to find the perfect prom dress, and Katerina did expert alterations for a reasonable price. My daughter is thrilled and can't wait to wear her beautiful gown to prom. We'll be back the next time we need a gown for a special occasion. I highly recommend Gown Go Round!

Last week I thought I had already found my dress at a different boutique and just stopped by Gown Go Round last minute and on my own, just because I was in the area and remembered my cousin’s recommendation.I was blown away when I found the PERFECT dress for me, on a whim. Katherine was so helpful and attentive, making me feel super comfortable when helping me find my dress. I believe she is also the seamstress.The dress is in perfect condition and was a third of the price I was initially going to pay at a regular boutique.Overall very happy! Thanks so much

Went to Gown Go Round as a first stop when trying for trying on wedding dresses before hitting a few bridal boutiques.Staff was very friendly and helpful.I ended up finding a dress that I loved, but still wanted to check out some other places in the area, so they held the dress for me.After a day of trying on different wedding gowns, all I could think of was the one at Gown Go Round.We went back at the end of the day and the staff/owner saw us coming in, hung it up in the change room and as soon as I saw it again I knew it was the one!They helped with accessories and veil options, and even when we discussed the colour theme of the wedding the staff pulled out a bridesmaid dress for my sister that she ended up going home with the same day too!Extremely reasonably priced and very knowledgeable!I cannot waiting go back for alterations, and to wear it on the big day!Thanks so much Gown Go Round staff!

Bought my dress form this store in 2020. The dress still fits me perfectly! Amazing store if you want something unique and different. Definitely recommend.

I went into Gown Go Round for the first time, frustrated from shopping online for a specific kind of dress, and found the perfect one in minutes! Ekaterina helped me find this gorgeous gown, and even gave tips for how to accessorize and style my hair. They have a great selection of bridal and formal pre-worn gowns for fair prices. I’d recommend this shop to anyone!

I went to Gown Go Round to look at bridesmaids dresses for my best friend’s wedding. Katherine was extremely helpful, showed me different ways to wear dresses similar to the style I preferred, and made sure that I was comfortable in my choices. She was very friendly and approachable, as well as honest and transparent. Great experience overall, very fair prices, definitely recommended.

I can not say enough good about this store. Years ago i went with my best friend and found the most perfect dress for her. It was such a good experience i knew when it was my turn i wanted to start here. I went alone just to see and found a dress that day!!! Called my sister who ran over and approved right away. Other then a beautiful selection of dresses Katerina is amazing!! Her knowledge, advice and seamstress skills are just what every bride needs, shes calming and knowledgeable. At the end and final pick up i was actually sad to say goodbye. Shes the best, every bride is in good hands with her. Thank you so much Katerina for everything

Absolutely fabulous! We just purchased my daughters wedding dress here and couldn’t be happier! This was the first shop we came to. I knew the quality…and the great prices, because 6 years earlier we purchased a prom dress here!! The staff are amazing. We joked that now it was my other daughters turn to find her maid of honour dress. The seamstress (gosh…wish I would have hit her name), noticed the different colour of her shirt….reached in the rack and said…” try this…it will fit you like a glove”. Same colour and my daughters favourite shirt! 1st and only dress to try….and it was perfect!!! I highly recommend. Beautiful dresses!
