Multiple last minute cancellations with no regard for patients’ time. Three weeks in a row now that I’ve had a last minute cancellation with no regard. Appointments are cancelled within the hour of scheduled time. Front desk staff inform that doctor has not attended clinic for weeks but cancellations continue to happen at the last minute, with little to no information on when doctor’s return can be reasonably expected.Staff seem frustrated and are handling the situation by rescheduling as if they expect him to return each day but apparently get word from the doctor each morning of his absence.I had called to check if my appointment would be cancelled tomorrow as it’s been the 3rd rescheduled appointment.I’m glad I did and saved myself from lost time because another last minute cancelled was coming tomorrow. They had no intention of following up with me today about tomorrow’s expected cancellation. I’m glad I called.Cannot rate the doctor as I never got the chance to receive his care even after 3 appointments were scheduled. The experience with his clinic, the service received and what seems apparent of his management gets 1 star.

My mom had an appointment in here after she had a cancerous lesion removed by her family doctor.They cancelled her appointment 3 times, even though the follow up with a dermatologist after that diagnosis was very much needed.After the third cancellation, we had to request to our family doctor to refer us to another dermatologist.Please don't come to this clinic if you need any urgent follow ups. There is no accountability, no one to complain to. This place embodies many of the things that are wrong with our healthcare system.

Got an appointment very quickly after referral from my family doctor. Appointment was right on time, staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Tomi explained everything thoroughly and seemed very knowledgeable and was respectful. Great experience.

Worst experience of my life! Dr. Tomi absolutely does not care about his patients. He is extremely rude and condescending. Doesn’t listen to your concerns or do a through investigation of your problem. He said he doesn’t know what is wrong with my skin and told me to try some random cream which may or may not treat my problem. When I asked him about another area of my skin he said that not what your appointment was for and he’s not going to help me. He was extremely rude not only to me but his assistant as well. I feel bad for anyone who has to work or see this guy. I felt like i wanted to cry, he is a terrible human. He only cares about money and not his patients. He even has a picture of a money sign framed in his room. Please save yourself the time and go to a proper doctor who cares about his patients. FO NOT GO TO DR.TOMI, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Showed up for my scheduled appointment only to be told Doctor was not in and they would have to re-book ...and another two week wait. ( I would have appreciated a timely phone call in advance but after reading other reviews I see this is a common occurrence) Facing yet another two weeks of needless worry and health concerns, I called my family Doctor and they referred me to another Dermatologist in the city. Much to my relief this other clinic saw me the very next day. Tomi Clinic needs better communication...especially given the nature and importance of catching malignant moles in their early stage. At times mere weeks can mean the difference between living and dying.

Horrible experience. The dermatologist is not a good doctor. After two cancelled appointments for multiple new moles on my skin (some bleeding, including ulcers) only to have a three minute observation of my skin to be told I'm fine." What about the red dots? Rash? He said to talk to my family doctor about it - 'tho my family doctor strongly suggested one mole should have a biopsy. He didn't even touch one thing on me

I am really disappointed in this place, especially their management. I cannot believe they left their patient who have cancer waiting for 3 months for treatment. Please consider choosing a different place if you have something critical

So I've had multiple appointments, booked on the phone, they answer, you may have to wait a little bit as they are busy. Clean atmosphere, I've never met the Dermatologist though. Parking available, they get me in so I'm pleased. The reason for the cancelations seem unprofessional and should be addressed. A seperate entrance would be nice 2.
