Staff member handled money and food without washing their hands or wearing gloves. Thoroughly disgusted and returned food and informed employee for my reason. I wonder how long before we had arrived she had gone without washing her hands before handling peoples food. Two stars because we were promptly refunded without a fuss.

Lovely place! Very friendly staff. The soup was tasty and hit the spot on a snowy day. The two floor seating was nice and spacious.

Great service! Amazing breakfast sandwich and coffee is a bit weak hence I would of given 5 stars but amazing go there ❤️

Came here with a friend, we sat down for 20 minutes as we were on a phone call for school and the worker was very rude, abrupt, and interrupted our phone call. Terrible customer service as we planned on purchasing a drink

When it took 3 times to get the price for a cup of tea right , I mentioned it, it was met with , “Perfect”. Walk away. Hi wonder if the price I paid was ever correct. Tim’s is easier.

The coffee shop seemed to be a wonderful placeuntil we hiked all the way up there to find that at 7:50 they were still closed when opening time says 7:30. Wouldn't have been a big deal if we were driving a car but our sail boat doesn't drive well on land.

Asked for an oat milk misto and was given some form of an Americano. I was handed the drink and asked if I wanted any milk or cream.... I ordered a misto, so yeah? Confused, I said yes please, oat milk where I was greeted with a nice glob of cold oat milk in my drink. I was in a rush for the ferry so I just took it and left. Cute effort though.I had also inquired about the vegetarian burrito and the “barista” followed up with a “I’m not sure what’s in it”. The brownie was decent though I would wager that it is not their brand and bought from a kitchen.I’ll take a pass next time

A great place to have a coffee and snack before or after shopping at the 49th Parallel Grocery Store or anytime. Friendly service, delicious food and specialty coffees.
