Call It Spring

The store was absolutely disgusting. Shoes everywhere, dirty. They had one poor girl working there on a busy Saturday to do everything including finding people sizes, getting online orders and cashing people out. Waited 20 minutes before even being spoken to and that’s only because I interjected. Girl says “the district managers don’t care. They schedule one person and tell them to deal with it”. Returning my shoes and will never buy from them again

Their online ordering is trash! You'll get an email that says that your order is ready....you go to the store......no order....literally keeps happening smh for a company this large, invest in better IT please....its not like you can't afford it your prices have significantly gone up.

WORST customer service ever, when you ask them to check the price. The girl working there was like “check it by yourself and just deduct discount % which is given”. I mean seriously if I have to check it by myself why would I ask you. Use common sense. The store wasn’t busy at all.

I just purchased a pair of heels and Daniela was amazing! If I was able to give her more than 5 stars I would! Her customer service was top notch! She was super sweet and helpful!

Worst experience I ever had shopping for shoes. I come here all the time and the Indian girls are very nice and helpful. I came last week and girl called Anita talked rudely and was on her phone the whole time. Do you guys hire from the streets or is there a real hiring process, the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Turned my heart against the store. She needs a reality check, working minimum wage talking like she owns the store. Please fix up!

Poor customer service. I never had such a bad customer experience anywhere. The girl told me to hand over all the shoe boxes. This was extremely rude. I will never go again there.

Worst customer experience. I went in to the store to return stuff that I bought online. They said they’re returns were down and don’t know when it will get fixed and asked me to square one store to return it. Okay hen I asked for a pair to try on they said it’s unavailable although the website says it’s available in the store

Worst customer service I have encountered at any call it spring store across Canada, I would say no customer service. They behave as if we are doing some sort of crime visiting them. Felt insulted while returning the items. I am person of rules and people at customer service should love serving customers or change their profession rather than making customers unhappy. Not sure if higher management pays attention to these reviews but the way they talk is not correct. It was Kanishka helping us and she was okay not great as she was checking her phone while serving and talking to us but the other lady Michelle who was jumping on her shoulder back and again was very arrogant and talked rudely. The other girl on the floor was confused and had language issues. Oct 11,2021 at 5:30 pm. Rush in store as they were in store.
