Ottawa collision was recommended to us. On our first visit we experienced courteous, professional, quick service, and reasonable pricing. The job to fix our car was quoted as a two day job . Early on the second day we were notified that the car was ready....great service. We picked the car up and had a nice chat with the owner, never thought to look at the job that was done until we got home and wow...very pleased with the result. We would highly recommend Ottawa Collision.

Phenomenal work hands down best body stop in hamilton owner was brutally honest and told me exactly what i needed done and what i didn’t. He DID NOT try to scam me will definitely be back with my other vehicles good work!

I can't recommend Saeed and his business enough. The customer service I received was among the best I've ever received in any situation. After having our car vandalized, and receiving mediocre service from our Insurance Provider, Saeed and his team turned what had been an entirely negative occurrence into a positive outcome. Amazing work by an incredibly professional staff. Prices were the lowest I could find in the city and the quality of work on my car was impeccable. I am a single middle aged female and was made to feel comfortable each time I have visited. I can't say enough good things about this business. I will be a client for life.

Highly recommended, communication with the office (& manager) was excellent, the owner Saeed was prompt, repairs were clear and they did the job fast and way under the expected budget. This is one of those great shops that take pride in doing work right for the customer.

Very disappointed by how I was treated - in 30 years I have never been yelled at by a grown man. I had two items I needed repaired for my car, was told the first dent was negotiable depending on how much work would be needed. When I went in to pay and see if there was any flexibility on the price I was yelled at by the owner in front of his employees and told to take my car elsewhere moving forward. You don't speak to customers or people like this in general. I would expect much more from a family business. Will never be returning here or recommend this place.
