Prices are decent and using Shopify. However, customer service is lacking and seeming rather jaded. Called and left a message, emailed and dm'ed on Instagram. Didn't receive an order shipping confirmation until the day the order was to arrive(could have been Shopify's fault?). All I wanted was the tracking # and no response.Package arrived, no signature or ID check for ammo... Not good.

Personally I felt disrespected when I came in there. I was asked for my PAL twice by two different guys. My attempt to exchange pleasantries was ignored, and my questions were answered in a condescending manner. Everyone has to start somewhere and if you're a new firearms owner just getting into the industry, these guys are going to make you feel stupid. I felt like I was inconveniencing them even though I was spending around $800 at their store. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Got asked for my PAL the second I walked in, didn’t mind it at first but then at the counter the guy was checking it out for maybe 10 mins trying to find something wrong with it. I understand my skin color may make an all white establishment feel uneasy but we’re in 2023 now and this is just old guys stuck in their old ways. Shame cuz it’s the only gun store local to me now I rather drive to a place that treats people with decency.

Went here for the first time today, nice firearm store in Maple Ridge. Employees were nice and helpful and friendly. Owner helped me out with setting up my new scope, turned out great. I would definitely recommend this place if you're around the area. Thanks again!

Absolutely wonderful service. Dropped off a Tikka T3X Tactical for Cerakoting, and Marco absolutely did a wonderful job. Every little detail was meticulously done, and the finishing is better than even any factory finishings I have seen! Will definitely visit them again, even just for a nice chat with the friendly staff!

Great little gun shop in Maple Ridge. Anytime I’ve visited the staff has always been very helpful. They are very friendly and have considerable knowledgeable of firearms. The used section is always fun to check out and is updated frequently. They also have a surprising selection of quality knives for sale.

I had an amazing experience for my first time ever walking into a firearm store after receiving my PAL.I walked in and was honest that I wasn’t looking to buy a gun today but wanted to learn some things and to go home and sleep on the information.The gentleman at the counter was amazing, took his time explaining things to me and I had his full attention.He showed me a variety of rifles so I could feel the difference.I ended up leaving the store with a .22 because “any trigger time is good trigger time”Can’t wait to come back to purchase a hunting rifle :)Thank you so much for not making me feel silly with all my questions :)
