Never had a problem with Clark, good company that will get the job done.a little on the pricey side but that's the cost of quality

AWESOME PEOPLE...GREAT PLACE TO WORK...GREAT PLACE TO BE....

Recently started using Clark as we were having issues with a different courier company, and they have been fantastic. Shipment always arrives on time and the office staff are very helpful when calling to track to remote locations

Office staff are great. But the warehouse receiver is terrible. Always talk down at the delivery drivers and accuse you of not letting them know you are coming

Was a driver there and going through probation.Manager said I provided good service until apparently 2 complaints were filed against me for whatever reason.When I asked what was the complaint about not only couldn’t they tell me what I did wrong but ignored and terminated me for these apparent complaints that they kept changing the subject every time I asked who and what the complaints were about.Maybe this is why there is always an ad looking for drivers.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service!If I could give Zero stars I would. Office staff at Penticton branch could do with a crash course on manners and customer service!My wife has been using them to ship her materials. This last shipment arrived on a Saturday. They called very late on the following Monday morning to say it arrived, telling her she had to collect it by end of business that day and they are charging her storage for Sunday and Monday (they re Closed Sundays). My wife explained she could not get it until Tuesday as she had a class full of young children that she could not leave them alone the office staff said it was not their problem and she would be charged" . Employees are very rude.No humanity

I recently used Clark Freightways for a personal project delivery. I found this location to be very friendly up front, and the back guys were easy going. Showing up with a pick up truck when these guys are used to transport trucks can draw out a real cranky worker, but not from my experience!The negative (could be improved) experience was more with the company itself. I set up the order through their head office (coquitlam) and there was some silence for communication, in terms of verifying that my pick up arrangements were in que etc. instead the weekend went by, and come Monday there was a scramble for them to verify status, only to find out it was already sitting and waiting for me in Kelowna.The pricing I also received as competitive compared to others. I look forward to other opportunities to work together, and would certainly want to work with them again.
