Last week, I sent a glass item to a buyer in Brampton using FedEx. The packaging had lots of bubble wrap, fit snugly in the box, and the box had 2 neon fragile labels with the symbols on the side of the box saying which side goes up. FedEx did not protect the fragile contents because it arrived BROKEN! I don't know what happened during transport, but the before and after pictures show that FedEx neglected to care for a fragile shipment. The delivery confirmation picture shows that the FedEx driver put the package on its side, rather than the correct way facing up.On top of that, FedEx charged almost $20 for shipping something within the same province. I filed a claim online last week with FedEx, and still haven't heard back from them.If you're sending fragile items, I do NOT recommend FedEx.

I wanted to send a package and the man there was not wearing a mask. He also decided to make an extremely inappropriate comment towards me. It was very unprofessional and I do not recommend this location due to his behavior.
