I originally lived in Vancouver where I used Black Knight for all my security needs including cameras which I received an excellent deal on. I now live in HOPE where to my surprise they were more than happy to service me there! They drove all th way Vancouver to make sure I felt safe and sound.In no time at all cameras were back up the alarm installed. I have never been so pleased with a company as I am with Black Knight. I highly recommend them. Very reasonably priced.

Very professional. Moe did a great job installing my security camera system at my home, at a price much lower than competitors. He didn't try to over charge me for things I don't need, like other competitors. He took the time to understand what I needed, and gave me a very fair price.Even better, Moe and his team are always responsive any time I have any questions or issues with my system. Their customer service has been fantastic, which is important because I am not tech savvy and appreciate their patience and help with understanding my system. I would definitely recommend Moe and his team at Black Knight Security.

Moe installed a security system in our house in August 2019. Recently we had to contact Moe as our phone apps needed to be reconfigured. He spent a considerable amount of time on the phone getting us back up and running. Thanks Moe for your great service!

I've been managing annual security system projects for my employer for the past 5 years. We are a large hotel resort in Whistler. Black Knight Security had already been a partner before I took over but has remained our preferred CCTV installer based on competitive pricing, technical support and customer service. Moe provides great advice on products to ensure they fit our business needs. When we have issues or want to make changes Moe is a quick email away, always making himself available for service calls or troubleshooting support.

Came to my home and dealership to install alarm and cameras. Collected his money and stopped answering the phone and fails to correct issues with both alarm systems. Was friendly to begin with. His alarm installer quit half way thru the job at my dealership because he wasn’t getting paid.ResponseAny capable business owner/manager should be capable enough to quote a job and stick to the amount quoted. You increased prices for both the home and the business after agreeing to complete the job for X amount. Cameras you installed are already gone blurry only 4-5 months after install. My business alarm has never worked and is constantly giving me faults having warnings go off and the alarm team calling me in the wee hours of the morning. I wouldn’t recommend you to provide security cameras/alarms for a porta-potty site let alone people’s homes and businesses. If this site were to allow me to post the correspondence with your installer it would be clear as light on what a disaster it is dealing with you.
