super unprofessional, waited weeks, tried calling every day, never once go through to the manager till i was completely ghosted, my cars been out since October and it sucked having to wait WEEKS with no car just to have to start over somewhere else.

I am so pleased with the rust repair that was done on my vehicle. I found the staff to be SO friendly and professional, and I really appreciated the shuttle service. The work was done quickly and very well. I am happy to have my car looking like new again. Thank you!

I have used this company and I'm very happy with the results. When my daughter hit a parked car, Brandon fixed it. When my boyfriend hit a fence, Brandon fixed it. When some coward hit my car in a parking lot and drove away, guess who's gonna fix it. ! Thanks Boyd!!

*Edited to add review to rating.Had car in for a few days to do some body work on rear bumper. Winter conditions were bad on day I went to pickup car and it still had summer tires, so I phoned ahead to ask if I could bring my winter tires in (already on rims) and have them switch them out on the car.Not only did they do this for me with no notice, but they didn't charge me anything for the extra trouble. Not something I'd always expect a business to do, but that's the stuff that makes for next level service and repeat customers!The new rear bumper looks great too, with a great colour match to the original paint!

My mother brought in her van to get insurance repair from vandalism. Insurance covered a detailing for the vehicle, passenger window repair as well as body repair on the driver door.The repair work on the vehicle looks great! Our problem is there were still broken glass inside the vehicle as well as a burn mark/scratch on our driver side passenger door. One of the receptionist ladies rolled her eyes and told my mother it was a rock chip and was there before she brought it in. Yet in any of the pictures she took to submit to the insurance it wasn’t there, as well I’ve never seen a rock chip cause a round discolouration around an impact point.

I came with a friend to pick up his vehicle and can’t say that I felt very welcome and the way they treated my friend, was like they were attacking him. There was an incident where there was damage to his vehicle and they agreed to solve the issues and last minute back out on their word. Just the way we were treated won’t be going there for any repair or send anyone there. I believe the lady who attended my friend was Tracey.

Lifetime warranty is joke in an half. Both my headlights are fall out of my vehicle, take it back there the “manager” tells me I must of hit something, then tells me within reason. Says he will call me back about the issue been over a week and half no calls. Tried to call and no one answers the phone.

I had an unfortunate meeting with a deer, in which the deer decided to run into the drivers side of my Jeep. The team at Boyd kept me updated on progress, and had my vehicle back to me 2 days after drop off. All looks great, good as new! Staff are friendly, great experience. Would highly recommend.

Tracy receptionist very unprofessional she does not know how to treat customer we claim our insurance a vehicle accident and go to Boyd for repairs it wasn’t repair properly and they left repairs left when insurance pay them is total our door where hit inside their shop when we pick up our car we noticed and talked to manager Brandon he was aware and tell us they will repair the door once we make the appointment they ended up saying they won’t do it and Tracy start been very disrespectful yelling and did not let us even talk we ask to talk to Brandon and she said he was at the bathroom very sick and couldn’t deal with us we try contacting him for 1 month with out responseJob is not done and Tracy don’t even know how to drive she did not how to back up my vehicle they know they hit my door and doesn’t want to take responsibility to even talk to us manager Brandon is hiding and receptionist Tracy is acting really really rude I don’t recommend this place at all they will damage your vehicles and won’t do repairs properly
