My strata used these guys, they are awesome. Receptionist was incredibly helpful today coordinating a plumber to come into my unit to fix a backup today, the morning before I’m due to fly out of town for 10 days.

Adam and Lucas did an outstanding job installing a new water main in our strata. They were very accommodating with our businesses' operating schedule and showed up in the wee hours of the morning to complete the work. Pipes were well insulated to prevent them from sweating on ceiling tiles. Thank you.

Xpert Mechenical is our contracted by our strata to do all the work in our apartment building,so i hired them to to my bathroom renovations.They broke a pipe in the wall and flooded out my neighbours's suite. I was left with a $6200+ bill and Kerry won't even come to my place and discuss. He and his insurance company so far are just stone walling me! After his 2 plumber's left i found 2 more leaks in the pipes and the stack pipe clamp left off. Hire a different company!

Dec 19 , 2020At my building at Edgewood Place , Burnabyit apparently takes the plumbers 3 days torepair a boiler . The care taker of our buildingfailed to say that on the notice .The council of our building seems to thinkthat Xpert Mechanical does great work butit is not exactly true .

We had Kelly to fix the heater zone valve and clogged sink drain of our old apartment. He did great efficient job while explaining what was going on for us. He is a hard working, reliable plumber with a lot of experience in this field. Thank you Kelly, we hope to see you again sometime.

I would not trust this business - they have no idea what they are doing and they work closing with strata councils to gauge owners out of money. They claim certain items need to be replaced just to make money. The list goes on. Find another business to work with!

It's the company I use for my strata. I'm guessing reasonable rates based on Vancouver. 180$ first hour and then 90 for every other hour + materials obviously (which will be marked up).

We had a leak from above. On the first visit the plumber sent didn't do much. The next plumber sent fixed the problem, but had to come back to retighten a hose clamp that allowed a new leak.
