Not wheelchair accessible. No automatic door opener. Bathroom is not wheelchair friendly. I asked the server to please ask the owner to install an automatic door opener. She indicated she has asked, but will ask again. Shame that a Canadian company is competing with American companies that follow the ADA.I ordered a medium medium roast double double and it was a very good cup of coffee.Within approximately the same distance from my house is a Tim Hortons and a Starbucks, both American owned, with automatic door opener. I'd prefer to support Second Cup being Canadian owned, but they don't make it easy.Photos show NO AUTOMATIC DOOR OPENER.

The coffee and desserts here are delicious! The store is gorgeous and a great area to meet up with friends and have a coffee.

Have visited several times with no issues until recently. Lady came in with a dog which she took into the washroom with her. Then was allowed to keep her dog in the seated area with her dog. She fed the dog a banana on the floor. Totally turned us off. I understand rules have changed somewhat but I don't want dogs in the establishment especially when you don't know where they have been. With the rise of COVID in dogs and animals in general this could impose a problem. When mentioned to staff they were quite flippant - almost laughing at my concern. You have lost a customer.

Worse customer service I have ever experienced, Claire is a very rude person I will not return if she still works there! I am a grown woman I don’t need anybody talking to me like this over my order. You just lost a long time customer I AM NEVER GOING BACK to the Burlington location

Visited today early in the morning. Staff lady was helpful and fast worker. Store has its few parking space right outside so does drive through. Men washroom wasn’t working at the visit time.e Everything was up to expectations considering service and food/beverages.P.S: staff lady ask me like when I was taking pictures. I told her about google map review but she wasn’t convinced with me regarding taking stores photos. (she wasn’t rude)I always try to take store photos so visitor can see how clean store is and what kind of facilities store has. I hope management of the store can guide their employees regarding review procedures. Overall good visit.

How can a coffee shop run out of coffee? 3x I have visited at noon and wanted a large Batch 49 medium blend. It's always 7 minute wait time for a fresh pot. That dosent work when I have only 15 break time. Very disappointed in Second cup. Last resort destination.
