Circle K

The store has a display of various types of gift cards for sale with a warning sign about the CRA scam (where the scammers tell you to make payment by purchasing gift cards such as iTunes cards). I think that the warning is such a great idea - that scam is still affecting a lot of people and it is great to see a store do something to try to stop people from being taken advantage of.

Had my lottery ticket not go through after cashier tried. Basically he just shrugged it off. So I was like, ok. Anyway went to make additional purchases, after like 5 minutes I could hear the olg machine go off and claim winner. Guy with headband at cash only gave me the copy of the winner to take else where but not my actual new ticket, only after I said something to him. If I had left the store and not stuck around to buy stuff, i would not have been able to get my ticket anywhere else as the cashier would have had it. Not sure what type of game they playing over there.

I had my credit card and bank card stolen and used at this location. I called and explained what happened and the guy kept saying “hold on a minute have to serve this customer.” After a few minutes he says “can you call back later, I’m dealing with customers.” No empathy or regard toward what happened..so buyers beware, they let people use multiple cards for hundreds of dollars worth of goods and don’t even care.

Lady is always on break when I get there. The sign say for 10 minutes but I wait longer than that every time. Update: I just went back few weeks later, at a different time and the lady still has her brakes I know and she's not there. Between the hours of 3 and 4 this store is not available no matter what their hours say online. Between 3 and 4 the employees are on break that is all

Went to this location to grab one of the Polar drinks offered by Circle K, on two separate occasions. The first time I went I found a fruit fry had been pushed out of the drink spout and into my cup. I assumed it was just sitting on the spout and was pushed down in the drink and poured my drink and refilled in a new cup with no issue. BUT today, I went and purchased as drink again, I took the lid of my drink off as I normally do and found not 1 but 4 fruit flys sitting in my drink dead. It is very obvious that they do not clean these drink fountains at all for these flys to be dying in there and sitting until someone pours a drink!I will never be shopping here again.

I'm assuming this store has gone through a management change. I visit weekly for their selection of Frosters. I have noticed a lot of changes recently. The store is much cleaner and organized than it was only a month or two ago.

Great set of people! these guys truly care what you need, positive atmosphere and always ready to go for an extra mile. I'm very happy with your friendly service thank you so much. I highly recommend this location.

Apperently I'm not allowed to bring in my own refillable cup for hot chocolate. I have to buy one of Circle K's refillable cups but they do not have any at this moment.

I come here a lot with friends for the slushies, everyone who works there is very friendly and sometimes they even let me pay in only nickels and dimes and they don’t seem to mind at all

For clarity this is not my own experience but a former coworkers experience at this location. Formerly a transit operator in the City of London I wish to share their experience as there is well over 400 transit operators in this city and the actions of this effects all of them as a whole. There is no such thing as coffee time or lunch break or hang out around the water cooler and discuss what we are doing for the weekend as a transit operator. They are trying the best they can to keep the bus on schedule as safely as possible. When the call of nature comes they can't predict but having options is the best they have. For the past couple of years you have allowed drivers to use the washroom. Now you have chosen to deny them the option to use the washroom so I am asking you on their behalf to reconsider your decision and try and put yourself in their shoes. I would be happy to delete this review in kind.
