Came into Dons for the first time today, A very nice gentleman helped me out. I didn’t catch his name but on my receipt it says Stacy M. He was so kind and helped me with all that I inquired about. Very nice place and nice people, who are knowledgeable!Thank you! :)

I do not do well in busy retail environments and I struggle to communicate when there is a lot going on around me. Years ago, I had saved for and researched cameras but I had a bunch of bad experiences in other retails. Someone recently recommended Don's and I decided to try again to price out my dream camera. My first visit, the store was really busy. I was completely overwhelmed and ready to run away when Derek came to assist me. He was super kind and patient while I tried to sort out my thoughts. He asked intuitive questions in order to provide amazing customer service, tailored to my quirks. He never tried to sell me a camera or push me towards something I didn't want or need, he went out of his way to really listen to me so I could make a confident decision. To top the whole experience, the camera I wanted was not in stock and I was expecting to wait a couple weeks for it to come in. I was very excited when he ended up emailing me a couple hours later to tell me one had just arrived. I am really happy with my purchases and my experience. 5 stars for Don's Photo and if I could, 10 stars to Derek. Thanks!

Stopped by for Passport photos, it was quick and easy!Would recommend.

I went to go get a passport photo taken for my newborn and the staff working were amazing! Super patient and got the photos in one shot! Highly recommend anyone needing baby/kids passport photos to go to Don’s!

Don's Photo is one of the friendliest locally owned business. Just starting out shooting professionally and Anthony was very helpful with providing guidance with camera bodies and lenses. Definitely will be going back to pick a new camera body and lens.

Went for passport photos. While I was waiting, I got to watch another customer work with staff on some photos and saw the compassion, care and gentle understanding that sometimes is required but hard to give. MY service was fast and exactly what I needed too!

Great place for passport photos. Brought my daughter to get passport photos and in less than 10 minutes we walked out with the photos. Fast and friendly service!

A bit disappointed, though the store personnel asked me if i need a help when i came inside but he was a bit stiff and seems that he's not in the mood. Never see him smile and i feel he's irritated. He was not helpful at all. Never thank me back after my purchase. If you are just a beginner in photography better not go there ,surely they will get annoy when you ask something. Im not sure to go back there again,order online may much better alternative.

Went in to get a copy of a photo ... do not own a digital copy to just upload so had to have it scanned. The photo printer was making noise but not printing my photo. So it went a 2nd time. Plus a little disappointing no Shadow box frames available that would have been Cool = 1 stop shopping ... oh well. I did get what I went for after a bit of a wait
