So waited more than half an hour for 'fast' food which was pretty much uneatable. The cheeseburger had lettuce (since when?) and pickles (which I had remove when ordering since I can't digest), fries were undercooked ( you'd think 30 minutes would enough but seems not), no sauce for the cold and hard nuggets, and the Sprite was salty (how?!). On top of it, no apology nor explanation why it took so long. Next time I want some McDo, it won't be at that location.

We come for our coffee my wife and i every monday and Tuesday. The staff are friendly. Need to work on the consistency of the coffee quality. Sometimes it’s good, other times it’s tasteless

You can tell the difference between McDonald's in the south shore and in Montreal. Service in here is much better and people smile. That makes a big difference.

We live close by, went there on a few occasions, so we have had the chance to check if we had just been unlucky once or if they are just bad on a regular basis.They almost always mess up your order, you get very often your food cold, fries won't be seasoned, etc.

I've been going to this McDonald's for quite a while and the service is so slow. It takes on average 20 minutes to get food in the evening. Tonight there were only 2 cars in front of me before taking my order, it took 10 minutes to move 1 car. Arriving at the cashier, the first thing she told me is my cash register is bugged".At some other McDonald's
