Booked my appointment over the phone. Was instructed on how much water to drink prior arrival and to arrive 5-10 minutes before appointment to check in. Arrived today, after having my shift covered and taking the afternoon off work. Was told I was not in the computer. Basically sorry and nothing I could do, they were not able to fit me in unless someone didn’t show up. Lost money not going into work today , really not impressed. Now I have to take more time off to re book my appointment that should of been booked the first time.

Mammograms aren't fun, but necessary and Diane was wonderful. The best mammography experience I've ever had. Diane really makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The reception folks were lovely as well. Thank you!

I had my appointment for ultrasound with Elena Panova.She was very professional and very good in checking all areasdescribed in my requisition. A lot of other clinics are very quickand miss providing view of all affected parts which causes to have an another appointment, which is a great inconvenience.Elena was very gently while doing her work.Overall all it was an excellent experience.I will be doing all tests in the future in that clinic.

So convenient to have these services so close to home. Front office staff were excellent and really professional.The benefits of smaller clinics like these are always apparent - shorter lines and more personable service.Thanks Wentworth X-ray staff for such a great experience.

Had a very good experience with this x-ray and ultrasound location. The appleby line location would not take me even though I had an appointment. I called this location asking if I could come that day since I had to fast for the ultrasound and did not want to have to fast again another day. They said I could come in an hour and a half. They did both an ultrasound and an x-ray for me. The staff was super friendly and they were fairly quick.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly and incredibly sweet. Only had to wait 5-10min from my appointment time to get in to see the ultrasound tech, and she was very nice, polite, and gentle. This location will definitely be my first choice next time I need an ultrasound.

The staff were friendly, quick and efficient. After making my appointment for an ultrasound, I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great experience and I will be back for my next appointment.

I had to get a ride to get my mammogram. The front door says wheelchair friendly but the clinic is not. I was told I would have to walk down the hall with my broken leg.

Front desk wasn’t welcoming. Mammography was painful for wife and she wasn’t given a chance to see images of baby on purpose. Mammographer was doing on purpose and complaining about not drinking enough water.No compassion at all. Very disappointing. Will never recommend this facility to anyone.Perfect example of racism
