Had a very positive experience !!!Was not familiar with that part of Orleans, and I had the most difficult time finding the address 2020 Lanthier Dr. 15 min into my massage time, I was ready to give up and go home, when my car phone rang and this soft and kind voice was telling me that I was late for my appointment. To which I replied, I'm so frustrated I'm about to go home since I only booked a 30 min massage. This soft and kind voice told me, but you are just around a corner from us, so turn right next and look down the road there will be a lady waiving her arms. Felt so stupid! When I went in, Mark my massage therapist was waiting with two kind ladies. All of them welcomed me with a nice smile.Mark took charge immediately and with couple minutes I was ready for my massage. Not to worry, he said, about being late I will give you as much time as I can. Mark was great, very clear in his instructions, had warm and soft touch when needed as my foot was in so much pain, yet he was very firm and strong in other deep tissue areas which required that. I'd like to thank you Mark and both Shannon's for such a positive experience. I would not hesitate to go back again!!! A specially since I know where it is and the way I was treated. Thank you Mark, well done.

I originally started my relationship with this company on a slightly sour note due to reasons that have since been fully resolved. Once I made my frustration known, the owner immediately and personally reached out to better understand the issue, and has gone above and beyond to resolve it. I am extremely impressed at the level of customer service and professionalism provided and will certainly be returning here regularly.

Exceptional service and professional. Yue found an issue that I didn't know I had and corrected it so my back is feeling great. They also do direct billing to your insurance so that's one less hassle you need to deal with. Best of all they are open late so it fits with your work schedule. I'll definitely come back again.

My wife had to cancel an appointment on short notice because our kids had RSV. She was charged full price for the cancellation and was not informed before hand. She is not a new client so this was kind of a slap in the face. No consideration or understanding. There are plenty of massage therapists in the area, we will not be returning.

I've been going here for almost four years and I have no complaints. Melanie is amazing! She has great energy and knows her stuff (regular massage, prenatal, post pardum).

I have had a couple massage therapists over the years and hands down Katrina is the best one for me. Her pressure and technique is perfect for what I need. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a massage.

The staff have always been patient and friendly. Luke is my Registered Massage Therapist at this location and he is incredibly knowledgeable and talented at what he does. He has the ability to use a lot of pressure/strength when needed and is receptive to feedback. This place is very clean and well maintained.

I will definitely recommend this to everyone who needs massage therapy.She was very thorough and communicative: asking me what parts of my body needed extra work, if she was using enough pressure, and just being so kind.The whole place was so peaceful, cozy, and they took very careful covid precautions.Awesome place!
