I had 5 physio sessions with Taofiq for a basketball thumb injury. Taofiq was very helpful and answered all my questions. He genuinely cared to see my progress and kept guiding me with all the important exercises I needed to do to get back on track quickly.

Walk-In Clinic ReviewI chose this walk in as it is one of the only ones in the city above a 4 star with lots of reputable reviews!Sent an inquiry on their site and immediately got an email with instructions on how to book an appointment. Seems like they only do walk-ins by appointment.Followed the instructions and called and was able to book an appointment for the next day.I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and the secretary was kind and quick to check me in. Seemed like there are lots of various appointments and doctors - people with my time slot were arriving before me and getting taken in before me, which made sense in a big clinic.I always expect to wait a bit even with an appointment at walk-ins, however it was 30 minutes after my scheduled time slot when I was able to see a doctor, so just plan ahead.Doctor was quite lovely and pleasant. Asked all the questions and checked everything she needed. Very happy she took the time to explain things when many doctors wouldn’t.Overall a great experience other than the long wait when I had an appointment, hence the 1 star knock off.

I have always had a hard time finding a good doctors office in Toronto, and I am so happy I found Infinity! They were very responsive to my phone calls, got me in for an appointment the very next morning, and were super fast to see me when I arrived. The doctor and her assistant were both extremely nice and competent when treating me. They also followed up immediately afterwards to send me my health records. I highly recommend this office!

Had an amazing experience working with Taofiq for physio while I was recovering from a sprained ankle from last summer. He worked with me for several weeks and gave me targeted exercises to improve my ankle flexibility and support. I feel much more confident engaging in sports like running and volleyball without having to worry about re-injury. I would highly recommend Taofiq for any level of athlete hoping to improve their sport performance.

Making an appointment was easy and painless. I did have to wait a bit longer than my appointment time but that’s to be expected. However where clinic really shines is the physician. Dr.Sharman took his time asking a bunch of questions to ensure he was giving me the proper diagnosis and then took me to the pharmacy to even make sure what I took before seemed familiar. I don’t think I’ve had this level of care from a physician in over 15yrs. Nice doctors? Sure but as personable, friendly and detailed as Dr.Sharman? Not even close. I sincerely appreciate this level of service. The front desk was incredibly pleasant to deal with as well.

I walked in without an appointment and was attended in less than 15 minutes. I went in for a allergy reaction and Dr. Simraaj Powar was lovely! She also happened to be knowledgeable in dermatology so she gave me the perfect creams needed and medicine for my allergy. As a foreign customer I was totally scared about what will happen with my allergy but this clinic was wonderful from beginning to end. Thank you so so much!

First time visiting, and what a horrible place l went with my husband who is in a wheelchair after suffering from a car accident. We had an appointment but arrived 15 minutes late upon entering we were immediately told he missed his appointment for being late and would have to pay $20.00 ! Do you pay your patients when they sit there waiting for their doctor appointment?? Or all you all so perfect??? You see a woman struggling to push a wheelchair with a large man and your lack of any compassion or empathy for a medical clinic is disturbing….. then you loudly said in the waiting room in front of everyone that we would have to reschedule because the doctor was leaving. She couldn’t even do a 5 minute visit??? You see someone in a wheelchair with injuries that are visible and you don’t even ask if they need anything or if they are in any pain???? The Tall Asian women at the front desk sorry l don’t know her name should not be working in the medical profession at all your lack of compassion and common manners are disgusting. Stay away from this awful place ! Thankfully their are other much friendly and more caring clinics downtown. I read all the other reviews and the good reviews are for the physiotherapy clinic, the walk in clinic has the bad reviews, sorry l didn’t read this first would have saved me alot of time and spared my husband the discomfort of moving someone who is in a lot of pain and discomfort

Slightly different name, same clinic. I've been coming to this clinic for years and have always received excellent Chiropractic treatment from Dr. Riskallah. Treatment is thorough, comprehensive and professional.Administratively, things are a breeze with getting reimbursed from insurance and booking appointments. Great location and great people!

I walked in to this clinic yesterday because my ears were hurting and blocked after a flight and they put me through to Dr Suneel Sharman. I have never met a more rude doctor in my life. He was dismissive and just condescending, did not want to answer any of my questions and constantly kept cutting me off so he just rush off to his next. Did not take the time to speak to me about my problem. He told me I had an ear infection, and gave me two antibiotics (who does that)I wasn’t happy with the whole situation and went to another doctor in another clinic today, the doc told me I have no ear infection and that my ears should be fine in a day or two. And I didn’t need antibiotics! It’s disturbed me because I ended taking the antibiotics for a day and it turned out the drops were extremely strong and I have been hearing pulsating sounds in my ear since then, which I have discontinued now. I have no idea why this doctor has a license to even work when he has had so many bad reviews!

I went to Taofiq with wrist pain and over the course of just 2 months I already have no symptoms anymore! He was super patient and was very thorough explaining the issue and the best way to treat it. Would highly recommend going to him!
