This dish was sooooo good. Prime rib hash. So flavorful. Loved the horseradish. The vibe of this place is so cute reminds me of the east coast. Very friendly staff. Warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Loved the decor of the place. Very clean restaurant.

I had such an enjoyable time here. The owners, the staff... even customers that come in were so kind and welcoming. The atmosphere is so fresh and calming. It's such an extraordinary little diner with the sweetest decor.They serve a lot of local, quality food. Meals packed with flavor with massive, generous portions.I love their views on life and their care for humanity.I heard they recently made quite a large food donation to a local charity as well!May God bless you and your business always.

Great little spot for brunch. Really tasty food and a comfortable atmosphere. Very friendly servers. Also, that was two eggs" LOL so the portions are pretty big!"

I HIGHLY recommend this place! First, the food is really good - great sized portions, tasty, and had no issues with substitutions that I needed for my dietary restrictions. Our server was beyond friendly. Met with one of the owners, and both of them made our experience here over the top. A nice, cozy atmosphere. We came for breakfast, and will be returning to try their dinner menu. Gave 5 stars here, I don’t often review so well but this place was definitely worth the 5 stars.

UPDATE!!!! I've now been here and would like to give 10 more stars! I'm gonna lay it on thick because these two owners deserve it!!! First of all, I have never in the 34 years I've been alive. Have I ever recieved such a warm welcome. The minute I walked in I felt like I was visiting friends of 20 years!!! Extremely lovely couple who were so personable and so friendly!! The restaurant made me feel like I was sitting in Nova Scotia, so adorable, cozy and immaculate! The place was spotless and to call the portions generous would be an understatement. Above all else, the prices are more than fair for the amount of food they put out. Everything tasted so fresh and perfectly seasoned. Im so happy I was there early because that experience made my mood for the entire day top tier. I'm counting down the days til April 30th when we go back with more of my best friends. I can't say enough good things about this place. Not just the food, but the experience was out of this world awesome. Everyone has to eat here. Seriously.I've never eaten here. Not yet anyway as I live out of town, but the way they chose to handle all the bs covid rules and how they kept their doors open and included EVERY ONE to dine here, will keep them a 5 star in my books forever. We are planning to have dinner with friends here after the Easter holiday and having seen the lobster Mac n cheese on You gotta eat here" this morning. I CANNOT WAIT. Also

Fantastic homemade dishes served in such a friendly & cozy atmosphere. Everyone in town loves this place. They have been a landmark in the neighbourhood for years. We ordered the crab and lobster Mac & cheese (as seen on the TV show You Gotta Eat Here") and the turkey dinner with all the trimmings (they roast at least 9 birds/week!). Super yummy and the prices are great

First time eating here with a friend and we were excited to try after seeing some pictures online.The server we had was friendly and as we were seeing the food coming out to other tables we were excited to order.Unfortunately we were disappointed by the lack of love and care in the food. I got the California chicken sandwich with side wedges and my friend got the jalapeño popper eggs Benedict .The portion is bang for your buck but it’s quality over quantity. The chicken was dry, the arugula was yellow in some areas, the wedges were boiled (I’m used to the roasted or deep fried ones) and a third of them were black (this indicates that they are old and have oxidized and showed the manager which took it off my bill). Worst of all I arrived at 12:15pm and we didn’t get our food until an hour later. The reasoning was because everything is made from scratch. I’ve cooked for over a decade and I know it doesn’t take an hour to make an eggs Benedict and chicken sandwich, I’d rather be told the truth.I haven’t been disappointed in a meal in a long while. I hope they make corrections to their standards if they want to keep new customers. I won’t be coming back.

I came here for the first time recently and was delighted to discover what a hidden gem this place is. The decor is charming and cozy. Service was friendly and welcoming.The food was delicious, generously portioned and reasonably priced. They had a large selection of homemade dessert pies to choose from. I also heard that they do a fabulous brunch, I can't wait to come back and try it.This place wholly exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Awesome food, great atmosphere, family run, large portions that are delicious. One of the only restaurants in Hamilton that didn’t discriminate against people. Great for a date night or for the whole family. Can grab a bite and walk on the harbour. They have changing daily specials which always adds a nice variety to the menu.

This place is a hidden gem in Hamilton. Their breakfasts are amazing. Beautifully plated, tasty and they offer alternatives ie turkey bacon. The service is excellent. Tastes home-cooked. Try the pancakes they are delicious. I want to add that the place is impeccably clean.I loved their bathroom signs...too cute lol...
