Called to ask about a part and I got yelled at and hung up on instead of helped in any way. Was looking for something for a smaller bike engine and instead I found very poor customer service at a store I was recommended to. He seemed to come off rude and sexist towards me.

I have an MT09 and I wanted to install a new set of tires (my Dad bought them for my birthday, from fortnine). I called this shop, and the person told me: Good luck finding a person to install them for you. We only install what we sell here". I based this rating on the rudeness of the person on the phone and the lack of support."

Had issues with 2004 Suzuki Savage stalling when downshifting and chugging down. Asked to clean out carb charged $1100 for the problem to be worse after I left the shop. When I called back he advised he wasn't god and couldn't fix a problem if he didn't know what it was.Had a friend do a carb rebuild after the shop striped all the screws. Friend said the carb was dirty and had to clean it out. Now it works like a charm.

Hugh Replaced fork seals/bushings on my 2009 GL1800. He Suggested using heavier fork oil. Did a Great job, and Rides/handles better than new! and very reasonable price on tires and installation. Thanks

Hugh is awesome. We had an unexpected tire issue on our way through town, and even though he’s not normally open for service on Saturdays, Hugh stepped up and helped us out of a jam. He also noticed that the brakes were almost toast and replaced them at the same time.It’s not every day that you find a shop as thorough and competent as these guys. Highly recommended.
