Satisfactorily executed the course with great hands on training. Mr. Reza discussed very well the lesson and demonstrated well the actions need to be done by a first aider, he is very knowledgeable.

We just did an Emergency Child Care First Aid class for our Daycare staff. Pauline was a great instructor with an obvious passion for first aid! She took the time to ensure that everyone understood and was confident in their abilities. Enough equipment provided for each staff to use without having to share which was great to see. For me personally this was my fourth course through Safe + Sound (once with Gill,the owner; twice with Pauline and once with a gentleman whose name I have forgotten) and every class was great! I would not hesitate to recommend them and will continue to use them for future classes for myself and daycare staff.

It was a pleasure taking my training through Safe + Sound First Aid Training Ltd. It was fast and easy to enroll and find a time/date when I could attend. Gill and Warren are so organized that the day came and went smoothly and all I had to worry about was learning the material presented. The instructor was excellent. He works in the field and had many real-life examples to pass on. I always find that approach, the most helpful and engaging. The facilities were comfortable, clean and spacious. There was lots of room for all of the participants and plenty of equipment. I also enjoyed the group I was in and there was just enough silly humor to balance the serious nature of our training. I feel competent enough now to manage an emergency situation. I would definitely renew my ticket with Gill and her staff. Thank you!

I passed without passing out! Great experience taking standard first aid. I’m very squeamish when it comes to even talking about blood and needles. I wanted to challenge myself and learn an important life skill. Reza was extremely knowledgeable and able to break down complex subjects. I feel more confident. Would definitely recommend Safe + Sound to anyone.
