when i first walked in, there wasn’t anyone to service me (which was fine). then when i asked for help to get a size, an employee (sabrina q) helped me and she was a little helpful at first, but when my sister and i both noticed that both pairs of shoes were a little dirty, we asked if she could get us a different pair and she didn’t seem so happy about that. to be honest she had an attitude afterwards and i felt offended by it, if i’m being 110% true right now. i ended up buying the somewhat messed up shoes, she did not deserve the commission. it was very rude of her to show attitude, if she didn’t like it there she could’ve asked someone else to service me. better yet, if she doesn’t like her job, she might as well quit. it’s not hard to be nice.

Why do you only have Jordan 1 and 2s in men and why not in women?

This is not about only this location, but mostly all of footlocker stores, the young people they hire doesn’t look interested in doing any help. They are always busy chatting in themselves. Today we went to this store, nobody bothered to help, even when asked they barely try to help you, talk nicely and try to sell anything. I am sure most people will agree.

Terrible store I asked the manager that was around on the 11th of April 2022 for some shoes that restocked that day at this store and he told me they were sold out prior to that I was there at 11 am and he told me they weren't sure if they were dropping an hour later I come back and I see people walking out the store with the pair that was supposedly sold out and I was told that was the last pair and no they were not released through instore reservation they were first come first serve

This location always has me leaving with a bag! If they don’t have stock of what I need, they’ll take the time to help me find the next best item or another location that does have stock. The staff are very welcoming & always around to help! Today an employee by the name of Lynn was very helpful in helping me with finding the perfect shoes for my son birthday. This is my go to Footlocker!

It was such a bad experience with the store manager named Hugo. He didn't know what he was doing. First he blamed the staff who tagged the discount label incorrectly. After I showed him the price on their website, and then he blamed the person who put theprice on the website was incorrect. At the end, he said he apology but he didn't mean it, he apologized for nothing. So what the point of him being a store manager? He was so aggressive and arrogance to customer. He needs another course for customer service. He had ruined my entired shopping tour and zero experience shopping at Foot Locker.His name is HUGO.

The employees were super helpful and professional, they really know their stuff. The guy who helped us had the sizes of the shoes on the walls memorized.
