Ron and Bryce at Furnace Family in Edmonton just installed our new hot water tank, ahead of schedule. All my questions got answered, and they didn't even get mad when I accidentally poured their coffee all over the floor. Nice job guys!

How about making sure your crews have the right tools to do the job before booking a 4 hour window out of someone’s day?Your duct cleaner showed up at the end of my booking window only to tell me he couldn’t do the job.Make this right and I’ll consider changing my rating.

Fall of 2022 we cancelled our previous service provider, and signed a seasonal contract for snow removal from our residence driveway assuming RUMI being an ATCO company would provide better service. The service provider could not cope up, and their contract was terminated by RUMI. We were left up the creek without a paddle. We ended up signing up the service with a new company at higher price.Today I called RUMI for another service and was told they have two service providers. Was connected to one provider (after checking me out at length) who put me on hold for a very long time and came back to tell that they have no spot available till next week. I called back RUMI for the second provider and was told by SIRETT that 'unfortunately that is the only service provider for the service. (as I was writing this note Sirett called to tell that she can connect me to another service provider. So she lied through her teeth the first time). I refused to be fooled again.This was the second time RUMI failed. I told SIRETT-'NEVER AGAIN RUMI'

Excellent service from Scott when he completed our furnace maintenance booked with Rumi. During his review of our furnace he discovered a broken exhaust pipe which was causing a leak inside our furnace. His report provided the information we needed to present to our original furnace installer who came and repaired for us at no cost. We feel lucky that we booked our furnace maintenance with Rumi and will continue to use their honest and professional services.

We had Rümi come out to do a furnace and vent cleaning because we recently sanded the floors in our house (and also because we have 2 large dogs). The two workers who did our cleaning were professional, very polite, and did a great job. I would happily recommend their services to anyone.

Booked a carpet cleaning 2 weeks ago, spent hours moving all our furniture outside and vacuuming all the floors to be prepared for their arrival only to get a call 30 mins before they were supposed to show up to cancel on us. No offered discount and another 5 days before another available appointment that requires us to take more time off work. Extremely frustrating. I work for a large property management company and we had been using them for our properties but will no longer be doing so knowing they will cancel and offer no alternatives.

great service! and... while honesty and not finding something wrong" when there is nothing wrong should not be noteworthy

They are very friendly and nice in customer service. Unfortunately, I have been trying to find out the reason of 3 bi-weekly unexpected charges on my credit card, even asked to escalate it. So far no response in several weeks. There is no physical location to go to prove it and show what’s going on. I am a little bit disappointed the way Rümi is handling finantial issues connected to customers credit cards especially when this credit card is not on file of the assigned account.

I had Chris Brown showing up promptly within 15 minutes of his call. He fix my problem right away and offered great advice and service. Thank you so much.

After a disastrous experience with the company who replaced our furnaces and left the air conditioners leaking water all over the floor and took no responsibility, we called Rumi to fix the problem for us. The service provider took two short visits to fix it and charged me for what I considered most reasonable. He knew the problem exactly while the previous company visited me twice and still couldn't figure the problem out but charged me full visit cost for nothing. Rumi cares for their customers while the other just cares for their profit.
