It was a wonderful experience trying their food for the first time . Bagharay Baingan was simply the best we had ever tasted . So was Bihari kababs. Naan was piping hot as well . Really enjoyed it with my family . Will be a regular customer from now on .

Initially they used to cook good biryani but it happened two time that when i ordered biryani, their chicken is smelly and pinkish in colour and taste is also not good now. Wont order biryani again.Their haleem and chicken kabab roll is good.

Very disappointed. Ive been ordering from shaheen since my boss introduced me to them. Sometimes they’re on top of everything other times they mess up. Like today, i placed a large order because i was travelling two hours to pick it up and than driving another two hours to my mothers. I especially called 4 times to repeat my order and clarify anything that was expected/wanted.I specially repeated my order to this male who answered my call and i believe his mother the other three times. Repeatedly said i don’t want onions on the food.Unfortunately, everything was filled with onions (topping). As well as the salad.The smell grosses me let alone carrying it to my mothers in the car.The taste of food is delicious but at least they should follow instructions.IF ONLY ONE PERSON COULD HANDLE TAKING CALLS WITHOUT INTERRUPTIONS maybe, they’d get things right.But, both bun kabob had onions. Yet, your answer contradicted what the point is here… You were asked to put NO ONIONS in just bun kabob.. so WHY DID BOTH HAVE DOUBLE ONION IN IT?

Genuine and authentic Biryani! One of the best I've had in years. You will feel the warmth in the story of this family business. Shaheen (falcon) the chef has mastered this recipe for the past 20+ years. The staff is kind and friendly let alone caring and clean. I have more good things to say, however I'd encourage you to go try it out and enjoy the tasteful experience.

We ordered Goat Biryani and Chicken Quorma for Friday, June 9th. I have never had such awful food in my entire 30+ years in Canada. Chicken had the smell that it wasn't cooked properly. The gravy smelled raw onions. This was the first time we ordered from Shaheen caterers because they were recommended. Great disappointment. Biryani meat was boiled and added in rice. Rice was yellow and red in colour. Don't even want to give one star, but google won't let me post without picking a star.

Reasonable prices compared to the other fancy restaurants and the best Pulao in GTA. Other dishes have a hit or miss taste.Pulao is available only on Thursdays & Sundays & is a must try.Tandoori chicken is great at a very good price. Biryani is good. Channa Masala is also nice. Bihari Kabab were ok. Haleem was really disappointing in taste and weirdly, their large serving is actually the medium container you will find anywhere else.A very clean place & accomodating customer service. They also have day-to-day dishes like Daal, Karhi & Bagharay Baingan which we will definitely try. But this is our goto Pulao restaurant from now on.

Bihari Kabab is really good. A must try. Rest of the food is good and prices are reasonable.

Their veal korma is very bad. We catered and it’s till sitting here 3 days later.Bryani was good. Keema was ok.But if you are looking for great tasting food - this is not it. Too much masala
