Mediocre school photos. In 7 years, never once received a good picture. And the fact that you're expected to pay before you've ever seen a proof is ridiculous, especially considering the cost.

This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Two years In a row they missed photos in my order. Last year they sent the missed ones but they were the wrong ones. And this year I’ve been trying to get someone to look into it for 3 weeks and I keep getting an email saying they will look into then don’t hear back for a week after and I’ve re emailed them again. And on and on.
