Receptionist/ Assistant is nice enough, but seems quite distracted and does not seem to be detail-oriented (often misunderstanding messages and going off on tangents/omitting info, and quite slow to reply when contact attempts are made). I will revisit this review once I finally get an appointment with Dr. Townley.

Not sure how good Dr Townly is since it's been 2 months. 8 phone calls and messages left. Each time to get a date for my appointment for Sunlife regarding my disability claim. Not even one message returned. Wasted 2 months waiting and will now have to find and wait for another doctor. I understand you have to wait for an appointment. But at least a date even months down the line and a returned phone call should not be too much to ask for. Especially since the message says leave a message will return call within 48 hrs

I had a complete fracture of my clavicle bone from snowboarding accident in Feb, 2022.Dr. John Townley did a wonderful job with the operation in March 2022.I got a plate with multiple screws on my bone.I was driving within 2 weeks.I went back to heavy weight lifting at the gym 3 months after the operation.If i ever get broken bone again, I will go to him without a doubt.Hes the best Orthopedic surgeon!!
