I purchased 3 passport photos for my kids. It took over 50 minutes to get the pictures done because the inexperienced young girl they had taking pictures was hesitating on taking digital pictures for some reason. Anyways, it's finally done. Close to $80 later and an hour of frustration and 3 weeks since I submitted my passport application I get an email from the passport office that all 3 photos need to be taken again as they don't fit the format..... Have been getting passport pics here for years, never again will I step foot inside this store going forward as I don't want to waste my time and money.

Wonderful staff who are very helpful. Always find what I need and more when I go here. Use their website to print your photos and pick them up, it works really well.

Staff is great i wish we can see the picture before printing

I would give them zero stars if I could. They are scammers. We went there last week with instructions sheet that showed details to get pictures clicked for Indian visa. The Asian guy who clicked the picture was in a rush and refused to read the instructions and said very confidently that they do this all the time and they know the requirements. Guess what the picture got rejected at the consulate. They clicked the picture with hair covering the ears. The ears were suppose to visible in the picture. We had to get the pictures clicked again at the VFS office and paid a premium fees.When I called the owner to complain to get a refund. He refused to take the ownership of his fault, was rude and said they won’t refund. He has been scamming people for years. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste your time and money.The owners response here is a lie. I asked the staff very nicely to take ownership of the mistake and do the refund. At first, they said we don’t refund but we will make sure that this does not happen in the future. When I said thats not fair they should refund because it’s their fault then they came up with the excuse that they need a rejection letter from the consulate. At that moment I got upset at this unfair demand and I asked the staff to connect me to the owner.Consulates only provide a rejection letter if they reject the visa not when they reject the pictures. The consulate told us to get the new pictures so we went to the nearest place and got new pictures. I told their staff I have both the pictures they clicked and I can return the pictures for proof. But they wanted to scam me. Anyways I got upset not because of the little money and time we lost but it was more about their morals and unfair business practice.There is no point of doing refunds after getting bad reviews from local people and cherry on the cake is that I am not being truthful about this review.SHAME ON YOU.AVOID THIS PLACE MILTON PEOPLE

The gentleman was very helpful, and had patience as I learned how to order prints from my cell phone. Excellent service.

We visited this location for our passport photos after a friend's recommendation. The staff member did an amazing job working with my 6 month old to get her photo. We waited 1/2hr for the photos to be printed. Really lovely customer service!

DON’T SEND YOUR FILM TO DEVELOP HERE.I wish I could give them a zero for the terrible service, but can only give them a 1.They ruined my film rolls by developing them incorrectly. One of their newer staff members (the girl with black hair and glasses) wasn’t trained properly and they ended up developing my black and white film with colour chemicals, which resulted in my rolls turning out completely blank. The first thing I mentioned on the day I went to drop off my film was that they were black and white film rolls and the sales associate accepted them without any comment. No one, let me emphasize that again, no one, at any point told me that black and white film couldn’t be developed at this location.I only found out they didn’t develop BW film once the rolls came back and I told them they were blank. The store’s co-owner said that there’s signs near the developing machine they use which tells associates to make sure the film is colour before developing, but evidently the new staff member was either not privy to those signs or just blatantly ignored them.Proper onboarding on the store’s behalf and general communication could have avoided this entire mess, but alas, none of that stuff happened.Other things: I asked for the film negatives to be cut and I ended up receiving my film, uncut and shoved inside a lidless plastic film container. Both rolls were still moist and had water streaks from not having been dried properly upon developing and then being stored inside the plastic film container soon after.Not only am I at a financial loss for the money I paid for the film, but also an emotional loss.I can never get back the images that were on those rolls and it's all thanks to them.Images below show a) the uncut film inside the plastic canister and b) the blank developed film with water streaks (if you look at the film’s shadow, you can see the marks caused from improper drying).

Just picked up some photos and the service was great Also bought some film. It’s great to see they have a lab in-house. This store will now be my goto for everything Film and prints
