I totally had a whoopsie moment and forgot to arrange for my son's annual balloon bouquet to be delivered to school to celebrate his birthday. Thank goodness, Ms. Wendy from Harper Leigh Florist answered the phone, willing and able, to help me achieve this last minute bundle of joy. Within 5 minutes, my order was placed, and I was quoted delivery would take place within 30 minutes or so. What a relief for me, but also what amazing customer service. Tha k you for the help. I have previously received flowers from them and was truly satisfied. However, when I received the dish garden for my son’s funeral gathering, the fresh cut gerber daisy & spray of yellow roses yesterday, had already started to wilt. I was trying to buy locally, but don’t think I’ll go out of my way again. The gal in the shop, was so very helpful and kind when I was ordering.Diane reached out and offered to make things right, , I guess it was just 1of those things. The greenery is beautiful and I was in a bad place when I posted this.We left things on a good note.

Brought in a flyer for a benefit we a putting on for my wife who has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and was told rudely they weren't going to donate. Not donating is fine if someone can't but when they replied that they just don't want to, it was pretty cold feeling. Do not ask them for donations.

I called from out of town to get a special order sent to a funeral for a close family friend. They were wonderful at fulfilling our special request for a military emblem (I mailed it to them) and even sent photos of the floral spray. Thank you!
