I dont usually give a poor review based on a single experience but this is a Starbucks and I think it's been like a month now that they haven't had coffee.Would be more then happy to settle for a pumpkin spice anything.... sorry, none of that either. In fact none of the seasonal offerings are available.Want to take some Thanksgiving blend coffee beans home and make it yourself since they can't make it?Sorry, no Thanksgiving blend beans.(Just like all last year)Or perhaps expecting coffee at a Starbucks is expecting too much.

You probably don’t know that they only have 2-3 people working in shifts throughout the day, sometimes only one person works alone, and other shops usually have more than 3 people in each shifts.

Beverage quality is so so. Speed of service is one star unless your talking about cashier, they take your order quickly but making the drinks is very slow. Several times I go here and the employees will have two cashiers and one barista making the drinks. It would help if they moved from cash to help out and get the customers served.

I ordered the non homoboy latte and got black coffee. This truly is an establishment where people frequent to smell their own farts. The java was swampy and had a delicious musk. I did not approve. Quite slippery at best.

Hands down the best Starbucks in Fort McMurray. They are the only ones to seem to get the right consistency with every beverage bought. Friendly and courteous staff who knows exactly what they are doing. Can't get enough.

Every time I go to the Starbucks I feel very unwelcome, they always seem irritated, I just feel all around very uncomfortable. even though that’s the Starbucks closest to my house I usually to go to the Timberlea one because I don’t get the attitude there that I get at the thickwood one. I get that last 2 or 3 days have been frustrating because the Christmas switch, but there’s really no need for them to not look you in the eye say hey how are you etc. I’ve worked it in the service industry for a lot of years and I know that sometimes it’s hard and to put a smile on, but we’ve all faked it.

Understaffed poor girl running off her feet. Overheard her telling new staff that showed up manager in meetings all day. Waited 20 min for plain americano ashe was running making previous orders

Stood for almost 15 minutes waiting for a single basic coffee. Employees were distracted and uncaring. Condiments were missing. Surfaces were sticky. This store falls far short of Starbucks corporate standard. Will avoid at all costs.
