Good, respectful shopping experience without pressure. Fair price and non-threatening negotiation tactics. I would definitely buy from them again. Also a big shout-out to Jacqui who was very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the buying process of a new RDX a-spec.

I went in with what I thought was an extended warranty covered issue. Apparently the warranty didn't cover all of the issue. The GM and service manager understood why I was perplexed and because I do all of my servicing at the dealership for both SUV's they were able to help out. The SUV now runs like new.

New RDX, tires need alignment, had a minor vibration since new. Unfortunately I have to pay for this. Should have taken it back day I picked it up. Back brakes locking up, very noisy squealing and grinding. Hope this is warranty! A few lessons learned here today. Cost $84.61 apparently vibration still there, might be tires according to mechanics 2019 and 2020 both with noisy brakes and vibration at higher speeds have not been fixed and Acura continue with policy of having customer pay for their inability to repair warranty items . Love the vehicle, very disappointed with the dealership. So no more visits to Kingston for service.

My original review of this dealership showed a 1 star rating. After a follow up call from their Service Manager, I have changed it to a 3. My overall feelings have not changed but I appreciated his call and I’d say “we agreed to disagree” and he made a sincere effort to explain their procedures.I have a 2019 Acura RDX. I was visiting Kingston and had a display alert stating I had an emergency brake issue. I took it in Monday morning. On a positive note, Zenko the receptionist was extremely helpful and arranged for my car to be checked. They recommended replacing the emergency brake assembly, which I agreed to. They also told me my brakes all needed to be replaced and that the pads were shredding. I declined that work as I did not believe there was anything wrong with the brakes. I drove back home that day and took my car to my Acura dealer in Rochester NY. I was unable to attach their report but they did a complete video for me showing that there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH MY BRAKES. I would advise that you always get a second opinion before you pay for something you don’t need.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this dealership. I was in the market for a winter beater, something reliable, well maintained and a decent appearance. Jacqui FitzGerald, her manager and the lovely lady at the desk are professional, friendly and quite funny. My vehicle 2015 RDX has had absolutely no problems, it runs like a top! Thank you Kingston Acura for making the stressful job of finding a car seamless!

I have taken my Acura ZDX to Kingston Acura on three occasions now. I have been very impressed with the level of service, customer care and attention that I have been getting. I dropped by today without an appointment due to an engine oil issue. Arika White, a Sales and Leasing staff, took me without hesitation, ensured I had a loaner vehicle and indicated that Jenna Perry the service advisor would be in touch. Jenna kept in touch throughout the afternoon regarding the service progress and ensured that everything was handled satisfactorily. It is this level of customer service that makes me comfortable and confident dealing with Kingston Acura. Thank you for a great customer experience!

Recently purchased our second Acura RDX from Kingston Acura.While this dealer isn’t as large as some it works to their advantage. From the moment you walk in you are promptly greeted and actually respected as not only a customer but part of their family.I have purchased many new vehicles over 35 years. This dealer is by far one of the best if you want a fair negotiated price.Top regards to Jacqui. Absolutely the most pleasant sales representative I’ve worked with. Takes the time and explains everything about the sale, stays in touch up to delivery. Jacqui further introduces all the features of the vehicle, (and there are many) before driving away.Sales Manager Doug McMillan, is equally as pleasant. Takes the time to ensure everything goes as planned. Very personable to speak with!Upon delivery the vehicle was a gem. Detailed to perfection, which further indicates the level of service from all departments involved.I’m a rather picky customer, but have nothing but top compliments towards the family at Kingston Acura!

Staff are very friendly and take excellent care of you while you wait for your car to be serviced. On all but one visit a brand new loaner" car was offered for use while my oil change / scheduled maintenance was completed. If you do decide to stick around they have a nice lounge with leather chairs

Although we were not able to find a used car that met our needs at Kingston Acura I would strongly recommend this dealership. Jacqui Fitzgerald was excellent to deal with. She was honest and no pressure and she worked hard to try and find something that we would be happy with. She communicated often through email to keep us up to date on options that might be coming in. The sales manager was also honest and great to deal with in the few conversation we had with him involved.
